How to use your PlayStation 3 to update personal information on your SEN account

You can change most of the information you provided when you set up your SEN account. However, there are some details that cannot be changed. Please see the table below for more information:

You cannot change:

You can change:

  • Online ID
  • Country/region
  • Date of birth
  • First and last names
  • Sign-in ID
  • Address
  • Language (on PlayStation systems only)
  • Gender

How do I change my personal account information?

Select your local user account and go to [PlayStation Network] > [Sign-in] > [Account Management] > [Account Information] and make the required changes.
