If your payment method has had a charge reversed on a PlayStation™Store purchase, this can result in your account being restricted from accessing PlayStation Network (PSN).
A chargeback, or payment reversal, occurs when a financial institution cancels an existing payment upon your request. If you have made a purchase on PlayStation™Network and reversed the payment, the account will be suspended until the charges are resolved.
You can regain access to your account by paying the balance that is due. Click the button below to get started with a web-form for assistance.
If you see the error code WS-37368-7 when attempting to sign in to PlayStation™Network, your account has been suspended because your financial institution reversed a charge on one or more of your PlayStation™Network purchases.
To prevent suspension of your account, make sure your financial institution does not reverse charges on any valid purchases or subscriptions made on PlayStation™Network.
If you believe purchases were made on your account without your consent, please contact PlayStation Support. You can also set up a PlayStation™Store checkout password to prevent unauthorized payments. If you are a Family Manager, you can enable purchase restrictions on the accounts of your children.
If you made a purchase on PlayStation™Store and are unsatisfied, please consult the Cancellation Policy to determine if you are eligible for a refund.
