How do I find out whether my voucher code has been redeemed?

See the table below to find out how to check:

PlayStation Plus Subscription

PlayStation 4

From the function menu go to [Settings] > [PlayStation Network] > [Account Management] > [Services List].

PlayStation 3

On the XMB™ home menu go to  [PlayStation Network] > [Account Management] > [Transaction Management] > [Services List].

PS Vita / PS TV

Go to [PlayStation Store] > [Options] > [Services List].

Sign in to your account, go the the Media tab and select  (Games).

Alternatively, go to [Transaction History] on the account management website or on your PlayStation system to check. The redemption should be shown as ‘Product Purchase’ and the voucher code will be shown on the transaction detail screen. Find out how to check your PlayStation Store transactions for step by step instructions.

How do I resolve a voucher code problem?

Try the following:

  1. Sign out of Account Management on your computer or exit PlayStation Store and sign back in to refresh your account.
  2. Ensure that you are entering the code correctly, exactly as it is shown.
  3. Ensure that the code is still valid. Some codes have an expiry date which means that they cannot be redeemed after that date has passed.
  4. Some PlayStation Plus voucher codes cannot be redeemed on a PC, they can only be redeemed on a PlayStation system. Try redeeming your code again on your PlayStation system.
  5. Ensure your voucher code is for the correct region. If your voucher code is for any region other than the country you specified when creating your Sony Entertainment Network account, you will not be able to use it. Please return to the retailer with the voucher and purchase receipt.
  6. Some voucher codes need your credit or debit card details to be added to your account before they can be redeemed. You will see a pop-up message advising you of this when you attempt to redeem the code if this is the case for the particular voucher you are using. You can find out how to add billing information here.
  7. If your SEN Card or PlayStation Network Card voucher code is visible without needing to scratch off a silver panel, then it requires activation at the time of purchase. If your voucher is not working, please check with the retailer that your wallet top up card was correctly activated.
  8. If PlayStation Network is undergoing maintenance you may find that you are unable to use your voucher code.
  9. If the problem you have experienced is not solved or explained above, contact us for further assistance and provide as much of the following information as possible:
    • What is the voucher for?
    • What is the issue with the voucher (damaged, will not redeem)?
    • If the voucher code came with another purchase, what product was it included with?
    • Proof of purchase and/or name of the retailer (if applicable)
    • Region
    • Valid from date and expiry date
    • Your Sign-in ID (email address)
    • Your Online ID

Please note that you may be asked to provide proof of purchase and a copy of the voucher - so do not dispose of either until the issue has been resolved.
