How to fix CE-107928-7

An error has occurred that stopped the game from downloading on your PlayStation®5 console.

  1. Go to the home screen, highlight the game, press the options button, and then select Delete.
  1. Try to download the game again. Do not turn off your console while downloading.

  1. Test your internet connection by going to Settings > Network > Connection Status > Test Internet Connection.
    Check your network settings and reset them if necessary.
  2. Turn off your modem and/or router. Wait 5 minutes, and then turn them back on.
