How to turn on PS5 Console Sharing and Offline Play

How to turn on PS5 Console Sharing and Offline Play
Console Sharing and Offline Play is automatically allowed on the PS5® console you've used to sign in to PlayStation for the first time. To enable Console Sharing and Offline Play on a new PS5 console, follow these steps:
- Go to Settings > Users and Accounts > Other > Console Sharing and Offline Play.
- Select Enable or Disable.
- If you have turned on console sharing on another PS5 console, turn it off on your previous console to activate a new PS5 console.
- If you want to deactivate a console you no longer have access to, you can remotely deactivate all devices.
When you enable Console Sharing and Offline Play, anyone who uses your PS5 console can:
- Play your games and media even when the console is offline.
- Play games and media you've purchased and downloaded.
- Enjoy some benefits of your PlayStation®Plus membership.
To deactivate a console you no longer have access to, sign in to Account Management and deactivate all devices. Please note, you can only remotely deactivate all devices every 6 months.
- If you have Console Sharing and Offline Play allowed on another PS5 console, turn off console sharing on your console to change activation.
- Check the PlayStation status page. If you see any alerts, wait until the service is up and running and then try again.
- Check that your console has the latest system software installed.
- Turn off your router and wait at least 5 minutes, then restart your router and try again.
- If you're experiencing connection issues, find connection solutions for your console below.
- Restart your console.
- Make sure the user who enabled Console Sharing and Offline Play purchased the content.
- If the game or benefit is included as part of your PlayStation®Plus subscription, make sure the subscription is active. If you're looking for a PlayStation Plus game, check that it's still available by visiting the PlayStation Plus guide.
- If the game is owned by someone else who shares the console, make sure they have turned on Console Sharing and Offline Play.
