The system software update may be partially corrupted due to network instability, please try the following:

1. Restart your PlayStation®4 console and download the update again by navigating to Settings > System Update > Update via Internet.
2. If this doesn’t work you can also update via USB. 

If the update fails multiple times, your console may be in need of a service.  Please contact PlayStation Support below for further assistance.
