Unable to connect to the server.

  1. Turn off your PlayStation®5 console, unplug the power cable and plug it back in, then restart your PS5™ console.
  2. Turn off your router, wait at least 5 minutes, then restart it.
  3. If your system software is not up to date, please update it from Settings > System > System Software > System Software Updates and Settings.
