How to fix CE-107857-8

An error occurred while loading or updating the application.

  1. Restart your PlayStation®5 console.
  2. Make sure that your PS5​​® console system software and the game/app are both updated to their latest versions.
  1. If the error keeps happening after starting the game/app, delete the game/app from Settings > Storage, and then reinstall it.
  1. Start your PS5 console in Safe Mode and select Clear Cache and Rebuild Database > Rebuild Database.
