- The activity may have been caused by a virus on a device connected to your home network. Please perform a virus scan on all connected devices.
- If you need more information, please contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP). More information has already been provided to your ISP.
- Once the matter is resolved, the IP assigned to you will be automatically unblocked.
