The connection to the server may have failed due to an unstable network connection.
Please try the following:
- Check the PlayStation® status page if there are any network issues.
- Restart your PlayStation®4 console.
- Turn off your router, wait at least 5 minutes, then restart it.
- There may be temporary network congestion. Please try again after a while.
