Note: You can also review channels and plans in the PlayStation™Vue app on a PlayStation® console, through Amazon Pay on an Amazon Fire TV device, and within the PS Vue app on an Android mobile phone.

  • On the web, click START FREE TRIAL on to visit Add the plan you want (and/or any individual channels and add-ons) to your cart and check out. The Ultra plan does not have a free trial.

About free trials: One free trial per customer is available for the Elite plan, Core plan, or Access plan, and for each qualifying add-on and Standalone channels. The Ultra plan and some Standalone channels do not have free trials. A credit card is required to begin a free trial, although you will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel your subscription before the end of a free trial, a paid subscription will begin automatically, and you will be charged a subscription fee (and any applicable tax) each month until you cancel. To cancel a subscription on PS4™ and PS3™ consoles or on Amazon Fire TV devices, go to [Settings] in the PS Vue app, select ‘Subscription’, and click ‘Unsubscribe’; on Android mobile devices or on the web, login at and select 'Manage Subscription' (this may be inside a Settings menu), and scroll down to/click 'Cancel Subscription' (this may be under a 'Subscription Summary' header); or call 877-883-7669. If you cancel a multi-channel plan subscription, your add-on channel product subscription(s), if any, will also be canceled. There are no penalties for cancellation and you may cancel at any time, though refunds will not be given. Subscription charges will be deducted from your PlayStation wallet (or your default payment method, if your wallet has insufficient funds), or via an alternative payment method (e.g., Amazon Pay) if you sign up to pay via such method.

What’s the next step after I purchase a PlayStation™Vue subscription?

There are loads of great features to discover after subscribing, but the first thing you will want to do is setup your primary profile. You can set up your profile from any supported device, from anywhere in the country. Just make sure to sign-in to PlayStation™Vue from the zip code you chose during subscription at least once in the first 30 days of your subscription.

Once this is done, you can create up to nine additional profiles by visiting, using the PlayStation™Vue app on Android TV, Amazon Fire TV, or on a PS4™ or PS3™ console. For more information, please visit here.

Setting a “home device” will also unlock up to two additional streams for your home, giving you a total of five simultaneous home streams. You can read more about setting up a home device at

To get the best out of your streams and profiles, you will also want to favorite the channels you love and DVR your must-see shows. Favoriting a channel will make it appear at the beginning of your channel guide and menus, and adding a show to My DVR will save all available episodes of that show into your My DVR library for up to 20 days from the date of airing.

When does my billing cycle begin?

Your billing date is based on when you started your subscription with a trial. If you subscribed to the Access, Core, or Elite plans, your billing cycle begins on the last day of your free trial period. You will be billed your subscription cost on this same day of the month each month. If you have chosen the Ultra package, your billing cycle will begin immediately after subscribing, as the Ultra package does not offer a trial. If you have previously completed a free trial, your billing cycle will begin immediately after subscribing.

Please note, if your billing date falls on the 30th or 31st of the month, your billing date for shorter months - such as February - will instead fall on the last day of the month.
