How to fix WC-41705-7

Some purchases and offers are only available if you have a payment method saved on your account.

1. Go to PlayStation Store > Payment Methods.
2. Add a valid payment method to your account. 

Please note, adding a payment method is not an option on some accounts. For example, child accounts can't add payment methods.
