Failed to update the System Software. The update file may be corrupted.
If you are updating your PlayStation®4 console via the internet, go to Settings > System Software Update and retry the update.
If you are updating via a USB storage device, please try updating your system via the internet. Go to Settings > System Software Update > Update via Internet.
If this isn’t possible, please re-download the latest update using a web browser. You’ll need to install the using a USB storage device, and the correct folder structure.
If you are still experiencing issues updating the system software, please attempt to update via Safe Mode (Option 3).
