How to fix NP-39225-1

There was a problem with the Internet connection on the PlayStation®4 console.

  1. Check the PlayStation™Network status at PlayStation.com and the game server status on their website.
  2. If the server is active and still getting this error, go to Settings > Network > Test Internet Connection and then check your Internet connection status.
  3. Adjust your network settings: Update the router to the latest firmware. Try after a while as the local network may be temporarily busy.
