If you are seeing this error code every time you attempt to connect, please try the following steps to rectify the issue:

On your PlayStation®4 console go to Settings > Account Management > Link with Other Services and sign out of YouTube or Twitch. Then sign back in.

Enable the live stream feature on your YouTube channel by visiting the YouTube features page and checking the live stream box.

Twitch now requires 2FA (Two Factor Authorisation). You will need to activate 2FA to your Twitch account to Broadcast from your PS4. Once 2FA is activated and set up, you can log in to Twitch from your PS4 and start streaming.
