If this error occurs on PlayStation®3, there may be a problem connecting to the server due to a server failure or your network connection.
Please try the following to check if you can solve the problem:
- Check the PlayStation® Status if there is any server failure or maintenance going on.
- Please sign out from PlayStation on XMB™ and sign in again.
- Please check if you can sign in using another device.
- Turn off your router and modem, and wait at least 5 minutes, then restart it.
- This may be a temporary issue. Please try again after a while.
