This may be caused by scheduled maintenance or issues with your Internet connection.
- Visit eu.playstation.com to find out if PlayStation Network is currently undergoing maintenance. If PlayStation Network is not available, please attempt to connect at a later time.
- If there is no PlayStation Network maintenance, go to Network > [Internet Browser] on the XMB™ Menu and attempt to access any website. If you are unable to access a website using the PS3 system’s Internet Browser, there may be an issue with your Internet Service Provider. Please contact your Internet Service Provider for help with your Internet connection.
