8010A12E Error Code

There was an issue with the PlayStation Store servers. This may cause a download from PlayStation Store to fail.

 
 

Solution

  • Deactivate the system by going to PlayStation®Network > [Account Management] > [System Activation] and deactivating the type of content you are trying to download.
  • Activate the system by going to PlayStation®Network > [Account Management] > [System Activation] and activating the type of content you are trying to download.
  • Restart the PS3 system.
  • Go to PlayStation®Network > [Account Management] > [Transaction Management] > [Download List] and download the content to your PS3 system.
