- Try restarting the PlayStation 3 system to see if you receive the error code again.
- If you receive the error code again, enter Safe Mode and select Restore File System. Click here to learn how to enter Safe Mode.
- If the problem persists, enter Safe Mode and select Restore PS3 System. Please note, this will erase all data from the PlayStation 3 system. If you are able to, back up your files before performing this step. Find out how to do this here.
