How to fix NW-102468-1

There was a problem connecting your PlayStation®5 console to the network.

  1. Restart your PS5® console.
  2. If you are using a wireless connection, try bringing your PS5 console closer to your router and removing anything that might block the connection.
  3. Turn off your router, wait at least 5 minutes, and then turn it back on.
  4. If possible, connect to the Internet using a wired connection.
  5. If you are using multiple NAT routers, please remove them.
