Unable to connect to the server.

If this error appears, the connection to the server may have failed and the license information for the content wasn't confirmed.
  1. Check PlayStation™Network status page to see if there is any update information for server failure or maintenance.
  2. Restart your PlayStation®5 console.
  3. Turn off your router and modem, and wait at least 5 minutes, then restart it.
  4. Try Settings > Users and Accounts > Other > Restore Licenses.
  5. This issue may be temporary. Please try again after a while.
