How to fix CE-100009-0

There was an issue with the update file.

  1. Back up your saved data
  2. Delete the application/game and reinstall it.
  3. Restart your PlayStation®5 console.
  4. Go to Settings > Users and Accounts > Other > Sign Out.
  5. Sign in again.
  6. If you're still having issues, please wait 24 hours before trying again.
