The address on file may be invalid, or an unexpected server error may have occurred.

  1. Check the PSN status page for any service issues.
  2. Make sure that your home address is entered correctly, and matches the address registered with your credit card.
  • To check your home address, go to Settings > Account Management > Account Information > Address.
  • To check your credit card information, go to Settings > Account Management > Account Information > Payment Methods.
  1. The region/country of your credit card or PSN voucher needs to be the same as your PSN region/country. Go to Settings > Account Management > Account Information Address, delete your home address and enter it again.
