need some advise, my son had his account suspended for 7 days which ended yesterday, someone has admitted to him that he reported a message that was 2 years old (which my son had already received a suspension for), I’ve check emails this morning and he’s now been suspended again but for 30 days, said person is blocked on his friends list anyway but has been trying to access my sons account/trying to change password, luckily we have 2 factor enable.  Can anyone give any advise on what to do

With suspensions and reports the thing is like this.

    1. You can't get suspended for the same message again ( After a message is being reported and a suspension is applied, the message gets deleted by the Moderation Team)

    2. Any message sent in the past can be reported and a suspension can be applied for that said message if it broke the Terms of Service.

3.All you can do is wait, or if you want to find out more reply to the Suspension e-mail and they will get back at you in the form of an e-mail.

    Hope this helps!
