How to fix SU-101337-5

If this error is displayed, your PS5 console may not have started properly.

  1. Turn off your PlayStation®5 console, and unplug the power cable. Wait five minutes, plug the power cable back in, then turn the console on again.
  2. If the console doesn't start correctly, start your PS5 console in safe mode and select Reset PS5 (Reinstall System Software).
  3. If the problem persists or the safe mode cannot be started, your console may need to be repaired. Please visit PlayStation Repairs.
