How to fix CE-118851-4

Your PlayStation®5 console can't sync your save data with Cloud Storage.

  1. Select Try Again on the Sync Status screen.

  2. If this error occurs across multiple games, turn off Enable Auto-Sync, then turn it back on.

  3. If all games show as “Synced” but the error happens again after restarting your PS5® console, turn off Log In to PS5 Automatically by going to Settings > Users and Accounts > Login Settings > Log In to PS5 Automatically.
