How to fix CE-109573-5

An error occurred when starting the game on your PlayStation®5 console.

  1. Restart your PS5® console.
  2. Highlight the game in Game Library, press the options button, and select Delete.
  3. Reinstall the game.

If you’re still having issues, try rebuilding the database.

  1. Start your PS5 console in Safe Mode and select Clear Cache and Rebuild Database > Rebuild Database.
  1. Start the game.

If the problem continues, start your PS5 console in Safe Mode again and select Update System Software.
