Your network connection may be unstable. Check your PlayStation®4 console connection by going to Settings > Network > Test Internet Connection.

  • If you are using a Wi-Fi connection, place the PS4™ console and the router closer together, and make sure there are no obstructions between them.
  • Other devices on your network might currently be using a large bandwidth. Wait until they are finished before trying again.
