EA Play subscription benefits
EA Play is a paid-for ongoing subscription that gives you:
- Unlimited access to a massive collection of EA games. You can find the up-to-date list on the EA Play website.
- Discounts when purchasing supported EA games, downloadable content (DLC) and in-game currency (such as FIFA points and Apex Coins) from PlayStation™Store.
- Exclusive access to EA Play First Trials, allowing you to experience 10 hours of gameplay before games are released.
How to purchase an EA Play subscription
Visit the EA Play page, select a subscription and follow on-screen instructions.
- From your Games home, search for EA Play.
- Select a subscription and follow on-screen instructions.
To download a game or early trial, search PlayStation Store and then download to your console.
Select PlayStation Store from the home screen.
Search for EA Play (search is located at the top of the screen).

How can I cancel my EA Play subscription?
The EA Play subscription can be canceled by visiting Subscriptions Management. Please note:
If you cancel you will keep your game progress, but won't be able to play EA Play games unless you purchase them or resubscribe.
After you cancel your subscription, you will keep your benefits until the end of the current subscription period.
If your membership expires, any purchases you made with your member discount are yours to keep.
How do EA Play Play First Trials work?
You can enjoy 10 hours of free early access to selected EA releases by searching on PS5™ consoles or using the EA Play app on PS4™ consoles. Just download the Play First Trial once it is available and enjoy 10 hours of gameplay. When using a Play First Trial, remember:
- Download the game completely before starting your trial.
- Close the game application when you stop playing.
- Your 10-hour trial time keeps counting down if the game is running in the background.
To continue playing after the game is released, purchase the game from PlayStation™Store, and your progress will be transferred over.
