Yes. If you have an existing PlayStation Plus membership and want to upgrade to a higher tier, you can redeem a PlayStation Plus voucher for the desired membership tier.
When you redeem the voucher, your membership is upgraded and the remaining days of your previous tier are converted to an equivalent amount of days at the new tier, based on the PlayStation Store price.
