Can't connect to PlayStation Network?

If PSN services are showing as green and you still can't get online, the connectivity issue might be related to your home network. These are some common fixes to network issues:

  • If you are using Wi-Fi, consider moving your PlayStation system closer to the router (or vice versa) and removing any obstructions between the two devices.
  • Turn off all devices connected to your network, restart your router/modem and connect via Ethernet (Cable).
  • If the issue persists, update your router’s firmware by visiting the manufacturer’s website and following the instructions provided.
  • If possible, open TCP Ports: 80, 443, 465, 993, 3478, 3479, 3480, 5223, 8080
    UDP Ports: 3478-3479*

*If you are unsure about adjusting your router settings, contact your Internet Service Provider [ISP] for assistance.
