Important Information about the PS Now Service

Trials:

·         PlayStation™Now (PS Now) trials give you full access to PS Now for free for 7 days.

·         PS trials are not available to current and/or previous PS Now subscribers/trialists and only 1 trial is available per user.

·         An approved payment method must be registered to your account in order to sign up for a trial (you’ll be asked to add one during sign up if you don’t already have one registered to your account).

·         Unless you cancel your subscription prior to the end of the 7 day trial, your subscription will automatically renew into a paid-for ongoing subscription and a recurring subscription fee at the then current PS Store price will be deducted from your wallet every month.

Free trial length: 7 days

Billing amount after trial: £12.99

Billing frequency: every month

Duration of subscription: ongoing until cancellation

·         You can cancel your subscription prior to the end of the 7 day trial (in which case you won’t be charged) by going to https://account.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com, signing in to PlayStation™Network, going to [Account Setting] > [Media], selecting the subscription and clicking [Cancel Automatic Renewal].

All subscriptions (including those with initial free trials):

·         PS Now subscriptions are ongoing indefinite subscriptions and a recurring subscription fee at the then current store price will be deducted from your wallet every month.  To enable this, when you purchase the subscription (by clicking [Order and Pay]) we will turn on Automatic Funding.  This means that if you do not have enough funds in your PSN wallet to pay the subscription fee, the required balance will be charged to the default payment method registered to your account (if any) unless you turn off Automatic Funding.  You can turn off Automatic Funding by going to https://account.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com, signing in to PlayStation™Network and going to [Account Settings] > [Account] > [Wallet].

·         You can turn off the auto renewal at any time so that your subscription will expire at the end of the then current billing period by going to https://account.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com, signing in to PlayStation™Network, going to [Account Setting] > [Media], selecting the subscription and clicking [Cancel Automatic Renewal].

·         When you purchase PS Now by clicking [Order and Pay], you request immediate access to your purchase with the understanding that you can cancel this service within 14 days of the purchase date, but you will not get a full refund as a deduction will be made for the use you had of the service. A cancellation form and further information about cancellation is available at http://eu.playstation.com/legal/cancel.
