How to adjust PlayStation Link volume on your PULSE Explore wireless earbuds
Find out how to adjust the volume settings of your PULSE Explore™ wireless earbuds using the volume button or through settings on your PlayStation®5 console.
Both of your earbuds have a volume button on the top part of the earbud. Use either one to raise or lower the PlayStation Link™ volume.
Use the tactile dot on the “+” side of the volume button to help you adjust the volume without taking off your earbud.
You can control the volume from both your earbuds and your PS5® console.
When you listen to two audio sources at the same time from both PS Link and Bluetooth devices, the volume button controls only the PS Link audio. You need to control the volume of your Bluetooth connection from your mobile device.
