- Make sure that your PlayStation®5 console system software is updated to the latest version by going to Settings > System > System Software > System Software Updates and Settings.
- Try restoring licenses by going to Settings > Users and Accounts > Other > Restore Licenses > Restore.
- Press the PS button on your controller to open the control center. Highlight the download, press the options button, and select Delete. Then try the download again.
- Start your console in Safe Mode and select Clear Cache and Rebuild Database > Rebuild Database.
