How to fix CE-109573-5

An error occurred when starting the game on your PlayStation®5 console.

  1. Restart your PS5® console.
  2. Select the application icon, press the Options button, and select Delete.
  3. Reinstall the application.

If you’re still having issues,try rebuilding the database.

  1. Start your PS5 console in safe mode and select Rebuild Database.
  2. Start the application.

If the problem persists, start safe mode again and perform Update System Software.
