How to fix NP-102947-3

The internet connection is too slow or unstable to perform the update.

  1. Restart your PlayStation®5 console, connect to the internet with a wired connection if possible, and check your network settings. 
  1. If you're using a wireless connection, make sure that your PS5® console is as close to your router as possible without any objects blocking or interfering with the connection.
  2. Turn off your router and modem, wait for 5 minutes and then restart them.
  3. Try updating the firmware of your router. Please contact your internet service provider for steps on how to do this. 

If your internet connection has been restored, check for any updates.
