An error has occurred in the system.

Please try the following:
  1. Restart your PlayStation®4 console.
  2. Start your PS4 console in Safe Mode and select option 5. Rebuild Database.
  3. Back up your data from Settings > Application Saved Data Management. 
  4. Go to Settings > Initialisation and initialise your PS4 console.
