An error occurred during the Bluetooth connection of a peripheral device:

1. Please check if your Bluetooth device can be used with PlayStation®4 consoles.
   
2. Try connecting another compatible Bluetooth device.
   
3. Restart your PS4™ console.
4. If possible, try resetting the Bluetooth device you are using. For example, a DUALSHOCK®4 wireless controller has a small reset button on the back of the controller.
