Turning off the PlayStation®5 console during an update can sometimes cause this error. Please try the following steps:
- Restart your PlayStation®5 console.
- If your system software is not up to date, please update it to the latest version. Go to Settings > System > System Software > System Software Updates and Settings.
- Select the application, press the options button and select Check for update.
- If the issue persists, select the application from the home screen, press the options button and delete the application. Reinstall the application and update it to the latest version.
