If your PS5 automatic download is stuck, restart the update. If that fails, download the update file below to a USB drive, and follow the guide to install the file on your PS5 console.
Reinstalling your PS5 system software will delete all of the data contained in your PS5 system storage; this process is often referred to as a "factory" or "hard" reset.
