A network connection error has occurred.

Please try the following steps:
  1. Restart your PlayStation®5 console.
  2. If your system software is not up to date, please update it to the latest version from Settings > System > System Software > System Software Updates and Settings.
  3. Turn off your router and modem and wait at least five minutes, then restart.
  4. If this error occurs while downloading or copying content, please try the above and then install again from your Library.
  5. There may be temporary network congestion. Please try again after a while.
