Select Try Again on the Sync Status screen.
If this error occurs across multiple games, turn off Enable Auto-Sync, then turn it back on.
If all games show as “Synced” but the error happens again after restarting your PS5® console, turn off Log In to PS5 Automatically by going to Settings > Users and Accounts > Login Settings > Log In to PS5 Automatically.
