Cannot recognize the USB storage device.

  • Make sure to fully insert the USB storage device into the USB port.
  • Make sure the USB storage is formatted with the supported file system (FAT or exFAT).
  • If "This USB storage device cannot be used." notification pops up when you insert the device to PS4, it is likely an unsupported device.
