It looks as though your PS4 console can’t detect a USB device. Make sure that your USB device is compatible and correctly configured by following the steps below:

1. Verify that the USB device supports USB 2.0 or 3.0.
   
2. Ensure the device is properly inserted, and then wait for one minute before trying to access the device again.
3. Make sure there are not multiple partitions on the device.
4. Try reformatting the device using a PC if possible.
