These Terms and Conditions (inclusive of all Schedules attached hereto, the ‘Terms’) govern the participation of Entrants (as defined below) in the GT World Series Online Qualifiers 2025 (the ‘Competition’). By entering the Competition, each Entrant acknowledges they have read and agree to be bound by these Terms.

 Overview:

1. The Competition is a video game competition conducted online using Gran Turismo™7 (‘Game’) and either a PlayStation®5 console (‘PS5’) or PlayStation®4 console ('PS4’).

2. The Competition consists of two (2) different Cups (each a ‘Cup’): the GT World Series Nations Cup(the ‘Nations Cup’) and the GT World Series Manufacturers Cup (the ‘Manufacturers Cup’) as summarised below and as further described in Schedule 1 and Schedule 2, respectively:

a. The Nations Cup is a championship in which Entrants representing their country/territory will compete for victory (as registered on such Entrant’s account for PlayStation™Network (‘PSN Account’)). There are no restrictions on the country/territory of origin of the cars that will be driven; and

b. The Manufacturers Cup is a championship in which Entrants race using cars made by a single car manufacturer. Entrants will first compete to be the best racer for their manufacturer, and then will race to beat Entrants who represent other manufacturers. Entrants shall choose their manufacturer from a predetermined list of twenty-seven (27) manufacturers.

Each Cup will consist of one Online Qualifiers and four Live Events. Details of each Cup are set out in Schedule 1 (Nations Cup) and Schedule 2 (Manufacturers Cup), respectively.

3. Please note that dates and times specified in the Terms are based on Coordinated Universal Time. Please check your local time and date.

Eligibility:

4. To be eligible to compete in the Competition as an ‘Entrant’, an individual must: 

a. meet the Minimum Age Requirement (as defined below);

b. have a valid and active PSN Account registered in the Entrant’s Country or Territory (as defined below);

c. not be in violation of the PSN Terms of Service or subject to any disciplinary measures in the Game or on any PSN Account registered by the Entrant;

d. are (i) not an employee, agent, contractor or consultant of the Promoter (as defined below) or Promoter’s affiliated companies, (ii) not professionally associated with the Competition, or (iii) not an immediate family member of any of the foregoing; and

e. are citizens or legal permanent residents of the countries or territories outlined in the table below (together, the ‘Entrant Countries or Territories’ and each such country or territory shall be an ‘Entrant Countryor Territory’). The ‘Promoter’ for each Entrant Country or Territory is outlined in the following table:

5. The ‘Minimum Age Requirement’ is as follows:

a. To enter the Online Qualifiers, Entrants must be seven (7) years or older, except Entrants who are residents of Japan who must be six (6) years or older, on or before the Opening Date. In addition, the following Entrants require parental consent to participate: Entrants under eighteen (18) years, Entrants who are residents of Korea under nineteen (19) years, and Entrants who are residents of Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and the UAE under twenty-one (21) years. (‘Online Qualifiers Minimum Age Requirement’).

b. To enter any of the Live Events, Entrants must be eighteen (18) years or older, except Entrants who are residents of Korea who must be nineteen (19) years or older, and Entrants who are residents of Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and the UAE who must be twenty-one (21) years or older, on or before the date of the Live Event (‘Live EventMinimum Age Requirement’).

6. The Competition is free to enter and no purchase is necessary, but Entrants must own or have access to a PS4 or PS5 console and a copy of the Game. In addition, Entrants will need a high-speed internet connection and a PlayStation®Plus membership during the Competition. Terms and conditions for PlayStation®Plus apply: https://www.playstation.com/legal/ps-plus-usage-terms.

7. PlayStation®Plus (‘PS Plus’) membership is only available to individuals who have PSN Accounts with access to PlayStation™Store (‘PS Store’) and high-speed internet. PSN, PS Store and PS Plus are subject to terms of use and country/territory and language restrictions; PS Plus content and services vary over time, country/territory, plan and subscriber age. Users must be seven (7) years or older, except users who are residents of Japan who must be six (6) years or older. Users under eighteen (18), except for Entrants who are residents of Korea who are under nineteen (19) years and Entrants who are residents of Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and the UAE who are under twenty-one (21) years, require parental consent. Service availability is not guaranteed. Online features of specific games may be withdrawn on reasonable notice - https://www.playstation.com/legal/gameservers. PS Plus is an ongoing subscription subject to a recurring subscription fee taken automatically (at the then-current PS Store price) at the frequency you choose at purchase until cancellation. Terms apply: play.st/psplus-usageterms.

8. Entrants will be required to enter the Competition using their PSN Account. Entrants’ place of residence will be deemed to be the country or territory registered to their PSN Account. Registration for PSN is subject to acceptance of the PSN Terms of Service (including the Code of Conduct)https://www.playstation.com/legal/psn-terms-of-service and PSN Privacy Policyhttps://www.playstation.com/legal/privacy-policy.

9. Entrants may be required to provide documentary proof of their eligibility to enter the Competition. If an Entrant is unable to provide this proof when requested, the Promoter may disqualify that Entrant from the Competition. Entrants from Japan are required to sign a performance agreement in order to participate in the GT World Series Live Events and the World Finals Live Event.

10. By entering the Competition, Entrants accept and will be bound by these Terms.

How to enter:

11. The Competition opens for entries on 2 April at 00:01 UTC (‘Opening Date’) and last entries must be before 10 May at 23:59 UTC (‘Closing Date’). See Schedule 1 and Schedule 2 for more information. The period from the Opening Date to the Closing Date shall be referred to as the ‘Competition Entry Period’.

12. In order to enter the Competition, Entrants must complete the following steps during the Competition Entry Period via the Game:

a. Go to the ‘Sport’ mode in the GT7 World Map;

b. Select to play in the ‘Gran Turismo™ World Series 2025’ and select, during the Competition Entry Period, the Competition events they wish to compete for prior to the commencement of each race; and

c. Confirm acceptance of the Terms which will be shown at the end of the entry screen.

 Each Entrant who follows these steps will be deemed to have made an ‘Entry’.

13. Entrants must enter the Competition in this manner by the Closing Date and time specified. Failure to do so will disqualify that Entry.

14. Each Entrant may only submit one (1) Entry per Cup. For the avoidance of doubt, races listed under each Cup racing calendar shall be at different times. It is therefore possible for Entrants to compete in both Cups and for the winner of the Nations Cup to also be part of the winning team in the Manufacturers Cup.

Winners & Runner-Ups:

15. Competition winners are defined in Schedule 1 (Nations Cup) and Schedule 2 (Manufacturers Cup) in accordance with the relevant Cup mechanic (each a ‘Winner’). Competition runners-up are defined in Schedule 1 (Nations Cup) and Schedule 2 (Manufacturers Cup) in accordance with the relevant Cup mechanic (each a ‘Runner-Up’). Note: this is an international Competition and Winners and Runners-Up may be selected from any of the participating Entrant Countries or Territories. There is a separate prize pool for Croatia for each Cup.

Prizes:

16. Prizes are as defined in Schedule 1 (Nations Cup) and Schedule 2 (Manufacturers Cup), as applicable, and must be taken as stated and may not be deferred, transferred, re-sold, or redeemed for any item of value. There will be no cash alternatives; however, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any Prize with a prize of a similar value. For Entrants from Brazil, in the event that the Prize is substituted, the Promoter will provide notice to Participants within a reasonable time. All Prizes will be delivered to the confirmed Winner(s) and Runner(s)-Up by the Promoter. Entrants from Canada may be required to correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question at a pre-arranged, mutually convenient time prior to being declared a confirmed Winner or Runner-Up.

17. Each Winner and each Runner-Up may be required to pay taxes on any Prize won in accordance with their jurisdiction’s tax legislation and where this is the case they will be responsible for any related tax liability. For Entrants from the United States of America and Canada, Winners of a prize valued at $600 or more will receive a Federal Tax Form 1099.

18. Failure to claim a Prize by the time or in the manner specified will make a Winner or Runner-Up’s claim invalid and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the Prize to the next eligible Entrant selected in accordance with the Terms. Where the Prize is time critical and a Winner/Runner-Up needs to be found before the time to take up the Prize passes, the Promoter may state the date on which the Winner will be contacted (see Schedules) and the Promoter will contact such Winner/Runner-Up at the email address associated with their PSN Account. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the Winner/Runner-Up. If a Winner/Runner-Up cannot be contacted or successful contact is not made on the specified date, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the Prize to the next eligible Entrant selected in accordance with the Terms.

19. If any Prize is found to be ineffective, faulty or damaged upon receipt, the Promoter must be notified in writing within seven (7) days of receipt, otherwise the Prize will be deemed to be accepted as received. This does not affect a Winner’s and/or a Runner-Up’s statutory rights (if any).

Publicity:

20. Each Winner and Runner-Up agrees to take part in any reasonable publicity required by the Promoter. For Entrants from all countries/territories excluding Japan: to opt-out of such publicity, the Winner and/or Runner-ups should notify the Promoter by contacting the Promoter at contact-competitions@polyphony.co.jp

21. The Promoter may, at its sole discretion, publish each Winner’s and each Runner-Up’s name on the Promoter’s website(s). For Entrants from all countries/territories excluding Japan and Asia: each Winner’s and each Runner-Up’s name will be made available on reasonable request to those individuals enclosing a self-addressed envelope marked ‘Gran Turismo™ World Series 2025 Competition’ to the following address within six (6) weeks of the Closing Date:

For Entrants from all countries/territories excluding Japan: if a Winner or Runner-Up objects to their name being published or made available, please contact the Promoter at contact-competitions@polyphony.co.jp. Please note that the Promoter may be required to provide this information to a regulator.

22. To the extent permitted by applicable law, by participating in this Competition, each Entrant gives the Promoter (including Promoter’s parents, affiliates, agents, licensees, assigns, employees, and successors) a free, non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use their name, image, likeness, Online ID, avatar and any other content provided to Promoter in connection with the Competition (including but not limited to, using footage of their gameplay and their image/likeness in broadcasts of the Competition, and on social media or blog posts connected to the Competition), to advertise or promote other Promoter tournaments or other PlayStation products or services. The Promoter will not make any further payment to the Entrant and use of these permissions will be without Entrant’s further notice, review, or approval. 

Privacy:

23. Personal information which Entrants provide to the Promoter at the point of entry will be held and used by the Promoter and its group companies to administer the Competition in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy (https://www.playstation.com/legal/privacy-policy) and as otherwise expressly agreed by an Entrant. The Personal information provided by the Entrants may only be delivered to subsidiaries, service providers, or companies related to the Organiser and/or by virtue of a judicial requirement or as otherwise permitted by law. Under no circumstances will Entrants’ personal information be transferred to third parties out of the cases unless in accordance with law (e.g., with Entrants consent, if applicable). Entrants may exercise their rights with respect to the personal information processed by the Promoter, including their right to access their personal information, or find contact information by visiting the Promoter’s privacy policy noted above. If an Entrant opts-out of any of the personal information processing described in this section, they may not be able to participate or attend the Live Events.

24. Additional term for Entrants from Argentina only: the aforementioned personal data may be delivered, used, and held only by the Administrator, its subsidiaries, companies, service providers, and contractors to administer the Competition or as otherwise described in the Administrator’s privacy policies, and to which the Entrants consent by accepting these terms. Under no circumstances will Entrants’ personal information be transferred to third parties out of the cases unless in accordance with law (e.g., with Entrants consent, if applicable). Entrants may exercise their rights with respect to the personal information processed by the Administrator, including their right to access their personal information, or find contact information by visiting their privacy policies noted above. The owner of the personal data has the power to exercise the right of access to them free of charge at intervals of no less than six (6) months, unless a legitimate interest is accredited to that effect as established in article 14, paragraph 3 of Law No. 25,326. The NATIONAL DIRECTORATE FOR THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA, Control Body of Law No. 25,326.

Conduct:

25. The Promoter expects Entrants to respect the Competition and follow the spirit of ‘fair play’ at all times for the duration of the Competition. Entrants must be inclusive and respectful and comply with all applicable laws. In the event that the Promoter is made aware of an Entrant’s unfair or unsporting behaviour either within the Game or on social media platforms, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, disqualify that Entrant immediately from the Competition or give a warning to the Entrant. Unfair or unsporting behaviour includes behaviour that is abusive, derogatory, offensive or otherwise not compliant with the Code of Conduct within the PSN Terms of Service (https://www.playstation.com/legal/psn-terms-of-service/#code-of-conduct).

26. It is prohibited for Entrant(s) to create duplicate PSN Accounts in order to compete, to increase their chances of qualifying or progressing through the Competition or to disrupt another Entrant’s performance during a race. It is also prohibited to have someone else competing on behalf of an Entrant, and to intentionally exchange positions during a race. In such events, the Promoter reserves its right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify such Entrant(s) from the Competition.

27. In the event of any dispute, the Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

Ineligibility:

28. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms or incorrect, illegible, fraudulent or other invalid or improper information has been provided, the Promoter may in its sole discretion refuse to process an entry or fulfil any Prize awarded. If an Entrant fails to comply with these Terms, including Schedule 1 and/or Schedule 2, or uses multiple accounts and/or any automated system to enter, they will be excluded from the Competition and their Entry will be declared void.

Cancellation:

29. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the Competition, in its entirety or in part, or amend these Terms at any stage if deemed necessary in its opinion or if circumstances arise outside its control. E.g. this could include a change to the location of a live event due to coronavirus.

Commercial Rights:

30. All commercial rights (including without limitation any and all marketing and media rights) relating to the Competition belong to the Promoter and its licensors.

31. Entrants shall not associate themselves with the Competition or the Promoter in any commercial manner, nor use any intellectual property rights of those parties, nor shall they permit any third parties to do so, without the prior written consent of the applicable rights holders, which consent may be granted or withheld in each of their sole discretion.

32. Any Entrant wishing to carry out or facilitate any promotional or marketing activities with respect to the Competition, will need prior written consent from the Promoter or from the respective rights holders, which may be granted or withheld in each of their sole discretion.

33. The recording and dissemination of images or footage of the Competition for commercial purposes by or on behalf of Entrants is strictly prohibited.

34. ‘PlayStation’, ‘PlayStation family logo’, ‘PS5’, ‘PS4’ and ‘Gran Turismo’ are trademarks or registered trademarks of Sony Interactive Entertainment Inc.

Limitation of Liability:

35. To the extent allowed by applicable law, the Promoter does not accept any responsibility for any Competition entry, or any other correspondence related to the Competition, being lost or not being properly registered whatsoever as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted.

36. To the extent allowed by applicable law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury which an Entrant suffers as a direct or indirect result of the Prize and/or the Competition. However, for Entrants from all countries/territories excluding Japan, the Administrator makes no attempt to exclude or limit its liability for death or personal injury caused as a result of its negligence. For Entrants from Japan, the Administrator makes no attempt to exclude or limit its liability caused as a result of its wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

37. All conditions, warranties and representations expressed or implied by law or otherwise in relation to the Prize and/or the Competition are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Governing Law, Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction:

38. To the extent allowed by applicable law, these Terms and any disputes that occur will be dealt with in accordance with the table below.

Schedule 1 – Nations Cup 2025

1. The Nations Cup 2025

                  1.1.         Entrants shall enter the Nations Cup via the ‘Sport’ mode within the Game. Entrants must select and confirm they want to participate in the Nations Cup prior to starting each race.

The Nations Cup shall consist of the following online and live race events across five (5) Regions:

                                1.1.1.         Online Qualifiers will run concurrently across five (5) Regions with six (6) rounds (together, ‘Rounds’) as detailed here:

                                1.1.2.         Three (3) GT World Series Live Events which will be held:

                                             1.1.2.1.         One (1) live event which will take place on 7 June in London, the United Kingdom.

                                             1.1.2.2.         One (1) live event which will take place on 20 September in Berlin, Germany.

                                             1.1.2.3.         One (1) live event which will take place on 8 November in Los Angeles, United States of America.

                                1.1.3.         The World Finals Live Event (‘World Finals’) which will take place on the 20 and 21 December 2025 in Fukuoka, Japan.

                                1.1.4.         The five (5) Regions are as follows:

Important note: Due to coronavirus, the location of the live events listed above is subject to change or cancellation. It is possible that the live events could become online events. The most up-to-date information on the location and formation of the GT World Series Live Events and the World Finals can be found on www.gran-turismo.com

                  1.2.         Star Players

                                1.2.1.         The following Entrants shall be eligible to register as a Star Player:

                                             1.2.1.1.         The twelve (12) Entrants of the ‘2024 Gran Turismo World Series - Nations Cup’ Live Events Rounds 1 to 3 (held on 6 July 2024, 10August 2024, and 28 September 2024) and World Finals (held on 8 December 2024).

                                             1.2.1.2.         The twelve (12) Entrants of the ‘2025 Gran Turismo World Series – Nations Cup’ (to be held on dates set out in 1.1.2 and 1.1.3).

                                1.2.2.         If an Entrant meets one of the conditions set out in paragraph 1.2 of this Schedule 1, they shall receive an in-game notification within the Game (Gran Turismo™ 7), notifying them that they are eligible. Once they have received this notification, Entrants may register to become a Star Player by visiting www.gran-turismo.com. It is the Entrant’s responsibility to register as a Star Player.

                                1.2.3.         Registered star players (hereafter referred to as ‘Star Players’) shall have an 'S’ driver rating.

                                1.2.4.         The real names of Star Players will be displayed during the broadcast of the GT World Series Live Events and the World Finals Live Event, in addition to their Online IDs.

                                1.2.5.         Once an Entrant has earned a Star Player driver rating, their rating shall apply to their driving profile for one successive Series only.

2. Nations Cup - Online Qualifiers (‘Online Qualifiers’)

                  2.1.         The races in the Online Qualifiers are split into the following leagues, based on an Entrant’s Driver Rating:

                                2.1.1.         The Driver Rating of Entrants when entering a Round for the first time during the Series determines the League the Entrant will join.

                                2.1.2.         Entrants will be matched against other Entrants in the same League for the entire Series.

                                2.1.3.         Entrants are not able to move to another League even if their Driver Rating changes during the Series.            

'Driver Rating’ is an indicator of the player’s ‘speed’. There are seven different ratings in total: E, D, C, B, A, A+ and S. E is the lowest rating, and S is the highest. Achieving good results in the Sport mode races will increase your Driver Rating. Your rating will decrease if you fail to achieve a certain level of results. Please note, however, that unless your Sportsmanship Rating within the Game meets the required standard, your Driver Rating will not increase, even if your results are very good. All players start with a Driver Rating of E which will increase up to A+ depending on results. Only eligible players can receive an S rating by registering as a Star Player (see Clause 1.2).

                  2.2.         Entrants must participate in races during the Nations Cup Online Qualifiers to gain points which shall be used to calculate their overall ranking.

                  2.3.         Entrants of the Nations Cup Online Qualifiers shall be awarded points based on:

                                2.3.1.         their final position in each race; and

                                2.3.2.         the average driver rating of the Entrants they race against in each race.

                  2.4.         To determine Entrants’ overall ranking, points will be tallied at the end of the final Rounds in the Online Qualifiers, as follows (the ‘Final Score’):

Online Qualifiers: The Final Score is tallied up from the Entrant’s best five (5) Rounds out of the total number of six (6) Rounds in total.

Entrants may participate in any race, in any Round of any Series, at their discretion.

                  2.5.         The ‘Nations Cup Live Event Finalists’ will be selected as follows:

                                2.5.1.         The top three (3) of the ‘2024 Nations Cup World Finals’, held on 8 December 2024, shall receive an invitation to attend and participate in all three (3) GT World Series Live Events which shall take place on the dates set out in clause 1.1.2;

                                2.5.2.         The following nine (9) Entrants from the Online Qualifiers, who shall be notified of their selection within seven (7) days:

                                             2.5.2.1.         the four (4) top-ranking Entrants from the GT1 League in the EMEA Region

                                             2.5.2.2.         the two (2) top-ranking Entrants from the GT1 League in the Central & South America Region

                                             2.5.2.3.         the one (1) top-ranking Entrant from the GT1 League in the North America Region

                                             2.5.2.4.         the one (1) top-ranking Entrant from the GT1 League in the Asia Region

                                             2.5.2.5.         the one (1) top-ranking Entrant from the GT1 League in the Oceania Region

together these twelve (12) selected Entrants are the ‘Nations Cup Live Event Finalists’ and shall receive the following:

                                2.5.3.         an invitation to attend and participate in all three (3) GT World Series Live Events which shall take place on the dates set out in clause 1.1.2;

On acceptance of the invitation, the ‘Nations Cup Live Event Finalists’ will receive the GT World Series Live Event Travel Package:

                                2.5.4.         return economy class flights, coach tickets or train tickets to all three (3) GT World Series Live Events (as applicable, in the Promoter’s sole discretion);

                                2.5.5.         accommodation for the duration of the three (3) GT World Series Live Events (choice of accommodation, at the Promoter’s sole discretion);

                                2.5.6.         transport to and from the airport, bus terminal or train station (as appropriate) to the accommodation, on the dates of the inbound and outbound flights/buses/trains;

                                2.5.7.         return transport from the accommodation to the venue of the three (3) GT World Series Live Events; and

                                2.5.8.         all meals will be provided during the three (3) GT World Series Live Events.

The estimated value per GT World Series Live Event Travel Package for each Nations Cup Live Event Competitor is $3,000.00 USD.Travel insurance will be organised for all the three (3) events to cover all Nations Cup Live Event Finalists. Each Nations Cup Live Event Competitor is responsible for ensuring they meet any and all necessary visa requirements.

3. Nations Cup - GT World Series Live Events (‘Live Events’)

                  3.1.         The Live Events will take place on the dates set out in clause 1.1.2. Additional terms and conditions for participating in the Live Events shall apply and will be shared by Polyphony Digital Inc. on behalf of the Promoter. The Promoter, and/or Polyphony Digital Inc. on behalf of the Promoter, shall provide information relating to the Live Events to the Nations Cup Live Event Finalists by email no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the Live Events to the email address associated with their PSN Account.

                  3.2.         Each of the Live Events is a race where twelve (12) will participate for each selected country/territory. There shall be a maximum of twelve (12) Entrants, including:

                                3.2.1.         The top three (3) of the ‘2024 Nations Cup World Finals’

                                3.2.2.         The top nine (9) from the Online Qualifiers selected across the five (5) Regions, including: up to one (1) Entrant from North America, up to two (2) Entrants from Central & South America, up to four (4) Entrants from EMEA, up to one (1) Entrant from Asia and up to one (1) Entrant from Oceania. The Live Event Finalists are selected at the end of the Online Qualifiers (see Clause 2.5 of this Schedule).

                  3.3.         If two (2) or more Entrants are tied with an equal number of points at the end of the Online Qualifiers, the following criteria will then be applied to determine which Entrant is to proceed:

                                3.3.1.         the Online Qualifiers Entrant with the highest points scored across all Rounds;

                                3.3.2.         and if still tied, then the Online Qualifiers Entrant with the highest points scored in a single Round.

                  3.4.         In the event that a Nations Cup Live Event Finalist is unable to attend the Live Events, the Entrant with the next highest-ranking points may be invited to participate in the Live Events and shall be notified as such by the Promoter, or Polyphony Digital Inc. on behalf of the Promoter.

                  3.5.         The Nations Cup Live Event Finalists shall be awarded points based on their ranking in each race. The points earned by each Finalist shall be attributed to their score. The Nations Cup Live Event Finalist with the highest total number of points after all races have taken place shall be the Winner of the GT World Series Live Event (the ‘GT World Series Live Event Winner’). The next two (2) top-ranking finalists will be named the runners-up of the GT World Series Live Event (the ‘GT World Series Live Event Runners-Up').

                  3.6.         Points will be awarded to the finalists of the Live Event according to their final position and will count towards the standing for the World Finals Live Event (‘World Finals’), as follows:

·       1st place: 6 points

·       2nd place: 5 points

·       3rd place: 4 points

·       4th place: 3 points

·       5th place: 2 points

·       6th place: 1 point

                  3.7.         The Winners and Runners-up of the Live Events will win the following Prize:

●      1st place: a Trophy (worth $150 USD)

●      3rd place: a Trophy (worth $150 USD)

                  3.8.         Following the end of all three (3) Live Events, the Nations Cup Live Event Finalists shall be notified of their rank within seven (7 days) and receive:

                                3.8.1.         an invitation to attend and participate in the World Finals which shall take place on the dates set out in clause 1.1.3;

On acceptance of the invitation, these Entrants (the ‘World Finalists’) will receive the World Finals Travel Package:

                                3.8.2.         return economy class flights, coach tickets or train tickets to the World Finals (as applicable, in the Promoter’s sole discretion);

                                3.8.3.         accommodation for the duration of the World Finals (choice of accommodation, at the Promoter’s sole discretion);

                                3.8.4.         transport to and from the airport, bus terminal or train station (as appropriate) to the accommodation, on the dates of the inbound and outbound flights/buses/trains;

                                3.8.5.         return transport from the accommodation to the venue of the World Finals; and

                                3.8.6.         all meals during the World Finals.

The estimated value of the World Finals Travel Package for each World Finalist is $3,000.00 USD.Travel insurance will be organised for this trip to cover all World Finalist. Each World Finalist is responsible for ensuring they meet any and all necessary visa requirements.

4. Nations Cup - World Finals

                  4.1.         The World Finals shall take place on the dates and at the location set out in clause 1.1.3.  The World Finalists shall include: the twelve (12) top-ranking players of the GT World Series Live Nations Cup Events.Additional terms and conditions for participating in the World Finals shall apply and will be shared by Polyphony Digital Inc. on behalf of the Promoter.The Promoter, and/or Polyphony Digital Inc. on behalf of the Promoter, shall provide information relating to the World Finals to the World Finalists by email no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the World Finals Live Event to the email address associated with their PSN Account.

                  4.2.         World Finalists will participate in a series of races. Points will be awarded according to results of these races, a final ranking will determine the winners and the two (2) runners-up. The top-ranking team will be named the Winner of the World Finals (the ‘World Finals Winner’). The next two (2) top-ranking competitors will be named the runners-up at the World Finals (the ‘World Finals Runners-Up’).

                  4.3.         The World Finals Winner and World Finals Runners-up will win the following Prize:

●      1st place: a Trophy (worth $250 USD)

●      2nd place: a Trophy (worth $150 USD)

●      3rd place: a Trophy (worth $150 USD)

                  4.4.         Prize for Entrants from Croatia only: Separately, the top-ranking Entrant from Croatia at the end of the World Finals (‘Croatian Winner’) will win a GT World Series T-shirt with a monetary value of no more than $50.00 USD. The Croatian Winner shall be notified via email within one (1) day of the Closing Date and shall have seven (7) days from the date of notification to accept their prize. The email address associated with the Croatian Winner’s PSN Account shall be used. If the Croatian Winner does not respond, they will forfeit the prize and the next top-ranking Entrant from Croatia will be contacted.

5. Broadcasts of the Nations Cup Live Events and the World Finals Live Event

                  5.1.         By entering this Competition, Entrants hereby permit the Promoter, and/or Polyphony Digital Inc. on behalf of the Promoter, to include footage of their gameplay and their image/likeness in broadcasts of the Live Events and World Finals and on social media or blog posts connected to the Competition and subsequent years’ Gran Turismo™ Cups or championships worldwide, under the same terms of Clause 23 (‘Publicity’) of the Terms above. To withdraw this consent, contact the Promoter at contact-competitions@polyphony.co.jp

                  5.2.         By entering this Competition, Entrants confirm they will not publicly communicate or discuss details about the Competition, including, but not limited to: results, images/video of the races, livestreams of the races, etc. prior to the broadcast of the Live Event.

                  5.3.         Entrants participating in the Live Events and the World Finals may be asked to sign a release form as the live events may be filmed.

Schedule 2 – Manufacturers Cup 2025

1. The Manufacturers Cup

                  1.1.         Entrants shall enter the Manufacturers Cup by selecting the Manufacturers Cup option within the ‘Sport’ mode section of the Game and confirm that they want to participate and which manufacturer they want to play for prior to the start of each race.

The Manufacturers Cup shall consist of the following online and live race events across three Regions:

                                1.1.1.         Online Qualifiers will run concurrently across the three (3) Regions with six (6) Rounds as detailed here:

                                1.1.2.         The three (3) Live Events will be held:

                                             1.1.2.1.         One (1) live event which will take place on 7 June in London, the United Kingdom.

                                             1.1.2.2.         One (1) live event which will take place on 20 September in Berlin, Germany,

                                             1.1.2.3.         One (1) live event which will take place on 8 November in Los Angeles, the United States of America.

                                1.1.3.         The World Finals will take place on the 20 and 21 December 2025 in Fukuoka, Japan.

                                1.1.4.         The three (3) Regions are as follows:

Important note: Due to coronavirus, the location of the live events listed above is subject to change or cancellation. It is possible that the live events could become online events. The most up-to-date information on the location and formation of the Live Events and the World Finals can be found on www.gran-turismo.com

                  1.2.         Entrants race to represent one (1) of the following twenty-seven (27) manufacturers (each a ‘Manufacturer’): Alfa Romeo, Aston Martin, Audi, BMW, Chevrolet, Citroën, Dodge, Ferrari, Ford, Genesis, Honda, Hyundai, Jaguar, Lamborghini, Lexus, Mazda, McLaren, Mercedes-Benz, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Peugeot, Porsche, Renault Sport, Subaru, Suzuki, Toyota, and Volkswagen.

                  1.3.         Star Players

                                1.3.1.         The following Entrants shall be eligible to register as a Star Player:

                                             1.3.1.1.         the thirty-six (36) Entrants of the ‘2024 Gran Turismo World Series – Manufacturers Cup’ Live Events Rounds 1 to 3 (held on 6 July 2024,10August 2024, and 28 September 2024) and the World Finals (held on 7 December 2024).

                                             1.3.1.2.         the thirty-six (36) Entrants of the ‘2025 Gran Turismo World Series – Manufacturers Cup’ (to be held on dates set out in 1.1.2 and 1.1.3)

                                1.3.2.         If an Entrant meets one of the conditions set out in paragraph 1.3.1 of this Schedule 2, they shall receive an in-game notification on Gran Turismo™ 7, notifying them that they are eligible. Once they have received this notification, Entrants may register to become a Star Player by visiting www.gran-turismo.com. It is the Entrant’s responsibility to register as a Star Player.

                                1.3.3.         Registered star players (hereafter referred to as ‘Star Players’) shall have an ‘S’ driver rating.

                                1.3.4.         The real names of Star Players will be displayed during the broadcast of the Live Events and the World Finals, in addition to their Online IDs.

                                1.3.5.         Once an Entrant has earned a Star Player driver rating, their rating shall apply to their driving profile for one successive Series only.

2. Online Qualifiers

                  2.1.         The races in the Online Qualifiers are split into the following leagues, based on an Entrant’s Driver Rating:

                                2.1.1.         The Driver Rating of Entrants when entering a Round for the first time during the Series determines the League the Entrant will join.

                                2.1.2.         Entrants will be matched against other Entrants in the same League for the entire Series.

                                2.1.3.         Entrants are not able to move to another League even if their Driver Rating changes during the Series. 

'Driver Rating’ is an indicator of the player's ‘speed’. There are seven different ratings in total: E, D, C, B, A, A+ and S. E is the lowest rating, and S is the highest. Achieving good results in Sport Mode races will increase your Driver Rating. Your rating will decrease if you fail to achieve a certain level of results. Please note, however, that unless your Sportsmanship Rating within the Game meets the required standard, your Driver Rating will not increase, even if your results are very good. All players start with a Driver Rating of E which will increase up to A+ depending on results. Only eligible players can receive an S rating by registering as a Star Player (see Clause 1.3).

                  2.2.         Entrants must participate in races during the Online Qualifiers to gain points which shall be used to calculate their overall ranking.

                  2.3.         Entrants of the Online Qualifiers shall be awarded points based on:

                                2.3.1.         their final position in each race; and

                                2.3.2.         their average driver rating of the Entrants they race against in each race.

                  2.4.         To determine Entrants’ overall ranking, points will be tallied at the end of the final Rounds in the Online Qualifiers, as follows (the ‘Final Score’):

Online Qualifiers: The Final Score is tallied up from the Entrant’s best five (5) Rounds out of the total number of six (6) Rounds.

Entrants may participate in any race, in any Round of any Series, at their discretion.

                  2.5.         Following the end of the Online Qualifiers, the three (3) top-ranking Entrants (one (1) Entrant from each Region) of the GT1 League for the Top twelve (12) Manufacturers (‘Manufacturers Cup Live Event Finalists’) shall receive:

                                2.5.1.         an invitation to attend and participate in one of the three (3) Live Events which shall take place on the dates set out in clause 1.1.2;

                                             2.5.1.1.         the top-ranking Entrant from the Asia-Oceania Region will receive an invitation to participate at the first Live Event in London as set out in clause 1.1.2.1

                                             2.5.1.2.         the top-ranking Entrant from the EMEA Region will receive an invitation to participate at the second Live Event in Berlin as set out in clause 1.1.2.2

                                             2.5.1.3.         the top-ranking Entrant from the Americas Region will receive an invitation to participate at the third Live Event in Los Angeles as set out in clause 1.1.2.3

On acceptance of the invitation, these Manufacturers Cup Live Event Finalists will receive the Travel Package:

                                2.5.2.         return economy class flights, coach tickets or train tickets to the Live Event (as applicable, in the Promoter’s sole discretion);

                                2.5.3.         accommodation for the duration of the Live Event (choice of accommodation, at the Promoter’s sole discretion);

                                2.5.4.         transport to and from the airport, bus terminal or train station (as appropriate) to the accommodation, on the dates of the inbound and outbound flights/buses/trains;

                                2.5.5.         return transport from the accommodation to the venue of the Live Event; and

                                2.5.6.         all meals during the Live Event.

The estimated value of the Live Event Travel Package for each Manufacturers Cup Live Finalist is $3,000.00 USD.Travel insurance will be organised for this trip to cover all Manufacturers Cup Live Event Finalists. Each Finalist is responsible for ensuring they meet any and all necessary visa requirements.

3. Manufacturers Cup - GT World Series Live Events (‘Live Events’)

                  3.1.         The Live Events will take place on the dates set out in Clause 1.1.2. Additional terms and conditions to participate in the Live Events may apply and will be shared by Polyphony Digital Inc. on behalf of the Promoter. The Promoter, and/or Polyphony Digital Inc. on behalf of the Promoter, shall provide information relating to the Live Events to the Manufacturers Cup Live Event Finalists by email no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the Live Events to the email address associated with their PSN Account.

                  3.2.         The selection of the Manufacturers Cup Live Event Finalists is determined by a combination of the following criteria:

3.2.1. The top twelve (12) Manufacturers from the Online Qualifiers (selected in accordance with Clause 3.3); and

3.2.2.  The top-scoring Entrants from the GT1 League of the Online Qualifiers from the three (3) Regions (Americas, EMEA, Asia-Oceania);

                  3.3.         A total of twelve (12) Manufacturers will compete in the Live Events. The Manufacturers will include:

                                3.3.1.         Mazda and Toyota – the Competition’s official Manufacturer Partners; and

                                3.3.2.         the other Manufacturers which will be selected according to the Global Manufacturer Ranking as defined in clause 3.4 below (in order of precedence):

together these Manufacturers are the ‘Top 12 Manufacturers’

                  3.4.         At the end of the Online Qualifiers, a Global Manufacturer Ranking will be created, according to the following process:

                                3.4.1.         The Manufacturers represented by the Entrants with the highest scores at the end of each Round for the Online Qualifiers will be allocated Manufacturer Ranking Points in accordance with the table below, in order to create a Manufacturer Ranking for each hosting Region, as follows:

At the end of the Online Qualifiers, the Manufacturer Ranking Points from all three (3) Regions will be tallied to determine their Global Manufacturer Ranking. The Global Manufacturer Ranking will be published onhttps://www.gran-turismo.com/gb/gt7/sportmode/ and also under the ‘Sport’ mode section of the Game.

If two (2) or more drivers from the Online Qualifiers from different manufacturers are tied with an equal number of points at the end of a Round, then the Manufacturer Ranking Points assigned to their manufacturers will be divided and assigned equally.

If two or more manufacturers are tied in the Global Manufacturer Ranking with an equal number of points, the following criteria will then be applied to determine which manufacturer is to proceed:

●      the manufacturer with the highest Manufacturer Ranking Points across all three Regions and all Rounds; and;

●      if still tied, the manufacturer with the highest number of Individual Ranking Points from the top drivers from all three Regions of that manufacturer; and;

●      if still tied, then the manufacturer with the highest number of Individual Ranking Points from all rounds by the top drivers from all three Regions of that manufacturer.

                  3.5.         In the event that a Manufacturers Cup Live Event Finalist is unable to attend the Live Event of their selection due to unforeseen circumstances, and one of their Manufacturers Team Entrants from another Region is unable to switch places, at the Promoter or Polyphony Digital Inc. discretion the Entrant representing the same Manufacturer with the highest Series score from the same Region with the next highest-ranking points may be invited to participate in the Live Events and shall be notified as such by the Promoter, or Polyphony Digital Inc. on behalf of the Promoter.

                  3.6.         Points will be awarded according to results of these races, a final ranking of the Top 12 Manufacturer Finalists will determine the winners and the two runners-up. The top-ranking Finalist will be named the Winner of the Manufacturers Cup Live Event (the ‘Manufacturers Cup Winner’). The next two (2) top-ranking Finalists will be named the runners-up at the Manufacturers Cup Live Event (the ‘Manufacturers Cup Runner-Ups’).

                  3.7.         Points will be awarded to the finalists of the Live Event according to their final position and will count towards the standing for the World Finals, as follows:

·       1st place: 6 points

·       2nd place: 5 points

·       3rd place: 4 points

·       4th place: 3 points

·       5th place: 2 points

·       6th place: 1 point

                  3.8.         The Winner and Runners-up of the Live Events will win the following prize:

●      1st place: a Trophy (worth $150 USD)

●      2nd place: a Trophy (worth $150 USD)

●      3rd place: a Trophy (worth $150 USD)

                  3.9.         Following the end of the Live Events, all thirty-six (36) Manufacturers Cup Live Event Finalists shall be notified of their rank within seven (7) days and receive:

                  4.1.         The World Finals shall take place on the dates and at the location set out in clause 1.1.3.  The World Finalists shall include: the thirty-six (36) top-ranking players of the Manufacturers Cup GT World Series Live Events (see clause 1.1.2).Additional terms and conditions for participating in the World Finals shall apply and will be shared by Polyphony Digital Inc. on behalf of the Promoter.The Promoter, and/or Polyphony Digital Inc. on behalf of the Promoter, shall provide information relating to the World Finals to the World Finalists by email no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the World Finals to the email address associated with their PSN Account.

                  4.2.         In the event that a World Finalist is unable to attend the World Finals, the Entrant representing the same Manufacturer with the highest Series score from the Region with the next highest-ranking points may be invited to participate in the World Finals and shall be notified as such by the Promoter, or Polyphony Digital Inc. on behalf of the Promoter.

                  4.3.         World Finalists will participate in a series of races. Points will be awarded according to results of these races, a final ranking will determine the winners and the two runners-up. The top-ranking team will be named the winning team of the World Finals Live Event (the ‘World Finals Winner’). The next two (2) top-ranking teams will be named the runner-up teams at the World Finals Live Event (the ‘World Finals Runner-Ups’).

                  4.4.         The World Finals Winner and World Finals Runners-up will win the following prize:

●      1st place: a Trophy (worth $250 USD)

●      2nd place: a Trophy (worth $150 USD)

●      3rd place: a Trophy (worth $150 USD)

a.     네이션스 컵은 국가/지역을 대표하는 출전자들이 승리를 위해 경쟁하는 챔피언십입니다. 이러한 출전자의 국가/지역은 출전자의 PlayStation™Network 계정("PSN 계정")에 등록된 국가/지역입니다. 운전할 자동차의 국가/지역에는 제한이 없습니다. 또한,

b.     매뉴팩처러 컵은 출전자가 단일 매뉴팩처러가 만든 자동차만을 이용해서 경주하는 챔피언십입니다. 출전자는 먼저 매뉴팩처러 최고의 레이서가 되기 위해 경주하고, 이후에는 다른 매뉴팩처러를 대표하는 출전자를 이기기 위해서 경주하게 됩니다. 출전자는 미리 정해진 27개 매뉴팩처러 중에서 선택합니다.

각 컵은 온라인 예선과 네 번의 라이브 이벤트로 구성됩니다. 일정 1(네이션스 컵)과 일정 2(매뉴팩처러 컵)에 각 컵 경기의 상세 정보가 기재되어 있습니다.

3.     본 약관에 기재된 날짜와 시간은 협정세계시(UTC: Universal Time Coordinated 또는 Coordinated Universal Time)를 기본으로 합니다. 현지 시각 및 날짜를 확인하여 주십시오.

자격 요건:

4.     대회에서 "출전자"로 경쟁하려는 개인은 다음과 같은 자격 요건을 만족해야 합니다:

a.     최소 연령 조건(아래 정의)

b.     출전자의 국가/지역에서 등록한 유효하고 활성화된 PSN 계정(아래 정의)

c.     PSN 이용약관 위반 사항이 없고, 출전자가 등록한 게임/PSN 계정에서 어떠한 제재 대상도 되지 않았음

d.     (i) 운영사(아래 정의) 또는 운영사 계열사의 직원, 대리인, 도급업자 또는 고문이 아니며, (ii) 대회와 직업적으로 연관이 없으며, (iii) 위에서 언급한 인원의 직계 가족이 아니며,

e.     아래 표에서 명시한 국가/지역(통칭 "출전 국가/지역", 각 국가/지역 역시 "출전 국가/지역")의 시민 또는 합법적인 영주권자임. 각 출전 국가/지역의 "운영사"는 다음 표에서 규정합니다.

5.     "최소 연령 조건"은 다음과 같습니다:

a.     온라인 예선에 참가하기 위해서는, 출전자는 개막일 기준으로 7세 이상이어야 합니다. 단, 일본 출전자는 개막일 기준 6세 이상이어야 합니다. 또한 다음 조건의 출전자는 보호자의 동의를 받아야 합니다: 18세 미만 출전자, 19세 미만 대한민국 거주 출전자, 21세 미만 사우디아라비아, 쿠웨이트, 아랍에미리트 거주 출전자("온라인 예선 최소 연령 조건").

b.     라이브 이벤트에 참가하기 위해서, 출전자는 라이브 이벤트 시작일 기준 18세 이상이어야 합니다. 단, 대한민국 거주 출전자는 19세 이상이어야 하며, 사우디아라비아와 쿠웨이트, 아랍에미리트 거주 출전자는 21세 이상이어야 합니다("라이브 이벤트 최소 연령 조건").

9.     출전자는 본 대회 참가를 위해 참가 자격의 적격성을 증명하는 증빙 서류 제출이 필요할 수 있습니다. 출전자가 필요에 따른 증빙을 제공하지 못할 경우 운영사는 출전자를 대회에서 실격 처리할 수 있습니다. 일본의 출전자가 GT 월드 시리즈 라이브 이벤트 및 월드 파이널 라이브 이벤트에 참가하기 위해서는 이행협약서에 서명해야 합니다.

10.   출전자는 참가와 동시에 본 약관에 동의하고 준수할 의무를 집니다.

참가 방법:

11.   본 대회 참가는 4월 2일 UTC 기준 00시 01분 ("시작일")에 시작되며, 5월 10일 UTC 기준 23시 59분 UTC("종료일") 이전까지 등록을 완료해야 합니다. 자세한 내용은 일정 1과 일정 2를 참고하여 주십시오. 시작일부터 종료일까지의 기간은 "대회 등록 기간"이라고 합니다.

12.   본 대회에 등록하기 위해서는 출전자는 대회 등록 기간 이내에 게임 내에서 다음 절차를 완료해야 합니다:

a.     GT7 월드 맵에서 '스포트' 메뉴로 이동

b.     '그란 투리스모™ 월드 시리즈 2025'를 선택, 대회 등록 기간 동안 매 레이스 시작 전 출전을 원하는 대회 이벤트 선택

c.     참가 화면 마지막에 표시되는 약관 동의에 확인

 상기 과정을 완료한 모든 출전자는 "등록"을 마친 것으로 간주합니다.

13.   출전자는 상기 절차를 따라 종료일의 정해진 시각 이전에 본 대회에 등록해야 합니다. 이를 마치지 못한 경우 등록은 실격 처리됩니다.

14.   의심의 여지를 없애기 위해, Toyota GR GT 컵은 본 대회와 별도의 토너먼트임을 알립니다.

15.   출전자는 컵마다 1번의 등록만 제출할 수 있습니다. 의심의 여지를 없애기 위해, 두 컵의 하위 레이스는 다른 시간대로 개최됩니다. 출전자는 두 컵에 모두 참여할 수 있으며, 네이션스 컵의 우승자가 매뉴팩처러 컵 팀의 일원이 될 수 있습니다.

우승자 및 입상자

16.   본 대회 우승자는 관련 컵 방식에 따라 일정 1(네이션스 컵)과 일정 2(매뉴팩처러 컵)에 정의되어 있습니다(각각 "우승자"). 본 대회 입상자는 관련 컵 방식에 따라 일정 1(네이션스 컵)과 일정 2(매뉴팩처러 컵)에 정의되어 있습니다(각각 "입상자"). 참고: 본 대회는 국제대회이므로 우승자와 입상자는 어느 출전 국가/지역에서든 선정될 수 있습니다. 크로아티아 출전자에게는 각 컵 대회의 별도 포상이 존재합니다.

포상:

17.   해당하는 경우, 포상은 일정 1(네이션스 컵)과 일정 2(매뉴팩처러 컵)에 정의되어 있으며, 명시된 대로 수여해야 하고, 연기, 양도, 재판매 또는 다른 가치의 아이템으로 교환할 수 없습니다. 포상은 현금으로 대체되지 않으나, 운영사는 포상을 유사한 가치의 다른 포상으로 대체할 수 있는 권리를 갖습니다. 브라질 출전자의 경우, 포상이 대체되는 경우, 운영사는 합리적인 시간 내에 출전자에게 이를 고지합니다. 모든 포상은 운영사에 의해 확정된 우승자와 입상자에게 전달됩니다. 캐나다의 출전자는 우승자 또는 입상자로 확정되기 전에 상호가 합의한 시간에 준비된 수학 테스트에 외부의 도움 없이 정해진 시간 내에 올바른 답을 해야 할 수도 있습니다.

18.   우승자와 입상자는 관할지역의 세법에 따라 포상에 대한 세금을 납부해야 할 수 있으며, 그러한 경우 출전자는 관련 납세 의무를 가집니다. 미국 및 캐나다 출전자 중, 미화 600달러 이상에 상당하는 포상을 수령하는 우승자는 Federal Tax Form 1099를 받습니다.

19.   정해진 방법이나 기간 내에 포상을 수령하지 못하였을 경우 우승자 또는 입상자의 권리는 무효가 되며, 운영사는 이용약관에 따라 다음 순위를 가진 출전자에게 포상을 제공할 수 있는 권리를 가집니다. 포상의 종류가 시일의 제한이 있고 우승자/입상자가 기간 내 수령하기 위해 우승자/입상자의 소재 파악이 필요할 때, 이용약관은 운영사가 연결된 PSN 계정에 등록된 이메일 주소로 우승자에게 연락을 취하는 날짜(일정 참조)를 명시할 수 있습니다. 우승자/입상자에게 연락을 취하기 위해 합당한 노력을 합니다. 우승자/입상자와 연락할 수 없거나, 정해진 일자 안에 연락하지 않은 경우 운영사는 이용약관에 따라 다음 순위를 가진 출전자에게 포상을 제공할 수 있는 권리를 가집니다.

20.   포상이 유효하지 않거나, 결함이 있거나 손상되었을 경우에는 수령 후 7일 이내에 운영사에 서면으로 알려야 하며, 그러지 않았을 경우, 포상을 인수한 것으로 처리됩니다. 이것은 우승자 및 입상자의 법에 명시된 권한에 영향을 미치지 않습니다.

홍보(Publicity):

21.   우승자와 입상자는 운영사가 요청하는 합리적인 홍보에 참여하는 것에 동의합니다.대한민국 참가자의 경우, 해당 홍보 활동에 대한 참여는 자발적인 동의에 기반해야 하며, 이러한 홍보 참여를 원하지 않는 경우, 우승자/입상자는 contact-competitions@polyphony.co.jp 이메일 주소를 통해 운영사에 거부 의사를  통지함으로써 언제든지 참여를 철회할 수 있습니다. 운영자는 철회 의사를 받은 경우, 관련 홍보 활동에서 해당 참가자의 이름, 이미지 또는 기타 개인정보를 사용하지 않습니다.

22.   운영사는 우승자와 입상자의 이름을 운영사의 웹사이트에 공표할 수 있는 전적인 권한을 갖습니다. 일본 및 아시아를 제외한 모든 국가/지역 출전자: 종료일 이후 6주 이내에 "그란 투리스모™ 월드 시리즈 2025 대회" 자기 앞 회신용 봉투에 동봉하여 다음 주소로 보낸 우승자 및 입상자의 이름은 합당한 요청에 의해 사용될 수 있습니다.

일본 및 아시아를 제외한 모든 국가/지역 출전자: 대한민국 거주 우승자/입상자의 경우 이름이 공개되는 것을 원치 않는 경우 contact-competitions@polyphony.co.jp 이메일 주소를 통해 운영사에 연락해 주십시오. 운영사는 관련 법령에 따라 규제기관에 정보를 제공하여야 하는 경우를 이외에는 우승자/입상자의 자발적인 동의없이 이름을 공개하지 않습니다.

23.   관할법이 허용하는 한도에서, 본 대회에 참가하는 것은 각 참가자가 운영사(운영사의 모회사, 유관회사, 대리인, 라이센시, 양수인, 임직원, 후임자를 포함하여)에, 광고 용도 또는 다른 운영사의 토너먼트 또는 다른 PlayStation 제품 또는 서비스의 홍보 목적으로 그들의 이름과 초상/화상, 온라인 ID, 아바타 및 기타 운영사에 본 대회와 관련하여 제공한 모든 콘텐츠를 자유롭고 임의적이며, 항구적이고 국제적인 사용권을 허용함을 뜻합니다. (단, 본 대회와 관련된 SNS 또는 블로그 포스팅 및 본 대회에서 출전자의 초상/화상 및 게임 플레이를 사용하는 것은 제한되지 않습니다). 운영사는 출전자에게 추가로 어떠한 금전적 보상도 제공하지 않으며, 출전자가 허용한 내용은 출전자에게 추후 통보, 검토 또는 허가 없이 사용됩니다. 

개인정보보호:

24.   출전자가 등록 시점에 운영사에 제공하는 개인정보는 대회 운영사와 그 계열사가 대회 운영을 위해 운영사의 개인정보 취급방침(https://www.playstation.com/legal/privacy-policy)과 출전자의 동의에 따라 보유하고 사용합니다. 출전자가 제공하는 개인 정보는 운영사와 그 계열사, 서비스 공급자와 대회 운영 관계사 및 사법상의 요건 또는 법률이 허용하는 범위에서 보유합니다. 출전자의 개인정보는 법령에 의한 경우(예: 적용 시, 출전자의 동의에 의해)를 제외하고 어떠한 경우에도 제삼자에게 전달되지 않습니다. 출전자는 운영사가 처리하는 개인정보에 대해 열람 권리를 포함한 자신의 권리를 행사할 수 있으며, 위에 명시된 운영사의 개인정보 처리방침을 확인하여 연락처 정보를 찾을 수 있습니다. 출전자가 이 항목에서 명시한 개인정보 취급에 거부 의사를 표명할 경우, 출전자는 라이브 이벤트에 참석 또는 참가하지 못할 수 있습니다.

25.   아르헨티나 출전자에게만 적용되는 추가 약관: 앞에서 언급한 개인정보는 운영사와 그 계열사, 서비스 공급자, 대회 운영 도급자만이 보유하고 활용할 수 있으며, 그 외 운영사의 개인정보 취급방침에서 명시한 내용에 출전자가 동의하여 보유하고 사용합니다. 출전자의 개인정보는 법령에 의한 경우(예: 적용 시, 출전자의 동의에 의해)를 제외하고 어떠한 경우에도 제삼자에게 전달되지 않습니다. 출전자는 운영사가 개인정보를 활용함에 있어 개인정보 접근 및 연락처 확인 등 자신의 권리를 행사하려면 상기 운영사의 개인정보 취급방침을 확인하십시오. 개인정보의 소유자는 법 제25,326호 제14조 제3항에 명시된 바처럼 정당한 이익이 그 효과에 인정되지 않는 한, 6개월 이상의 간격을 두고 개인정보 접근 권한에 대한 권리를 무상으로 행사할 수 있습니다. 개인 정보 보호를 위한 국가 이사회, 법률 통제 기관 25,326호(The NATIONAL DIRECTORATE FOR THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA, Control Body of Law No. 25,326)

규정:

26.   운영사는 출전자가 본 대회를 존중하고 대회 기간 전체에 걸쳐 "페어플레이" 정신을 준수할 것을 기대합니다. 출전자는 모든 관할법을 존중하고 준수해야 합니다. 운영사가 게임 내 또는 SNS상에서 출전자의 스포츠 정신이 결여되었거나 부정한 행위를 인지하였을 때 운영사는 출전자를 즉시 대회에서 실격시키거나 출전자에게 경고를 줄 수 있는 전적인 권한을 갖습니다. 부정하거나 스포츠 정신이 결여된 행위란 공격적이거나 모욕적, 불쾌한 행위 또는 PSN 이용약관과 커뮤니티 운영 지침(https://www.playstation.com/legal/psn-terms-of-service/#code-of-conduct)에 위반하는 행위를 포함합니다.

27.   출전자가 예선 또는 이후 본 대회 진행에서의 경쟁에 유리하기 위해 PSN 계정을 복제하는 행위 또는 레이스 도중 다른 출전자를 방해하는 행위는 금지되어 있습니다. 출전자를 대리하여 제삼자가 경쟁하거나, 레이스 도중 의도적으로 순위를 바꾸는 행위 또한 금지되어 있습니다.  그러한 상황에서 운영사는 출전자를 경쟁에서 실격시킬 수 있는 전적인 권한을 가집니다.

28.   분쟁이 발생했을 경우, 운영사의 결정은 최종적이며 어떠한 대응이나 논의도 이에 관여하지 않습니다.

부적격:

29.   본 이용약관의 위반 또는 부정확하거나 판독이 어렵거나 기만적이거나 기타 무효하고 부적절한 정보가 제공되었다고 판단되었을 때 운영사는 등록 과정을 거부하거나 포상 제공을 거절할 전적인 권리를 가집니다. 출전자가 일정 1 및 일정 2를 포함한 이러한 이용약관에 불응하거나, 다중 계정을 사용하거나 자동화된 시스템으로 출전했을 때는 대회에서 실격 처리되며 등록은 무효화됩니다.

취소:

30.   운영사는 운영상 필요하다고 합리적으로 판단되는 경우 또는 자연재해, 전염병, 정부 규제 등 통제할 수 없는 상황이 발생한 경우, 대회의 전부 또는 일부를 취소하거나 본 약관을 변경할 수 있습니다 (예: 코로나바이러스로 인한 라이브 이벤트 장소 변경 등). 운영사는 본 조항에 따라 변경 또는 취소가 발생하는 경우, 사전 통지를 원칙으로 하되, 불가피한 사정이 있는 경우에는 사전 통지가 이루어지지 않을 수 있습니다..

상업적 권리:

31.   제약 없는 마케팅과 미디어의 일부 또는 모든 권리를 포함하여 본 대회에 관한 모든 상업적 권리는 운영사와 라이선스 제공자가 가집니다.

32.   해당 권리 보유자의 사전 서면 동의 없이 출전자는 대회 및 운영사와 어떠한 형태로든 상업적으로 관여하지 않고, 해당 권리자의 어떠한 지식재산권 또한 이용하지 않으며, 제삼자에게도 위와 같은 내용을 허용하지 않습니다. 그러한 동의는 권리자의 단독 재량으로 허용하거나 보류할 수 있습니다.

33.   대회와 관련하여 홍보 또는 마케팅 활동을 하고자 하는 출전자는 사전에 운영사 또는 해당 권리자의 서면 동의를 받아야 하며, 그러한 동의는 권리자의 단독 재량으로 허용하거나 보류할 수 있습니다.

34.   상업적 목적으로 출전자가 직접 또는 대리하여 대회를 화상 또는 영상으로 녹화하고 배포하는 행위는 엄격히 금지됩니다.

35.   "PlayStation", "PlayStation family logo", "PS5", "PS4" 및 "Gran Turismo"는 Sony Interactive Entertainment Inc.의 등록상표 또는 상표입니다.

배상 책임의 제한:

36.   관할법이 허용하는 한도에서, 운영사는 대회 등록이나 여타 대회와 관련된 대응, 네트워크 연결이나 하드웨어 또는 소프트웨어의 오류로 인한 패배 혹은 불완전한 등록에 대해 어떠한 책임도 지지 않습니다. 전송에 대한 증빙은 수령에 대한 증빙으로 간주하지 않습니다. 관련자, 제삼자, 조직된 집단, 컴퓨터로 자동으로 생성된 지원서는 받아들여지지 않습니다.

37.   관할법이 허용하는 한도에서, 운영사는 대회의 포상으로 인한 직접 또는 간접적인 손실, 상실, 포상에 대해서 어떠한 책임도 지지 않습니다. 단 일본 외의 국가/지역 출전자의 경우, 운영사는 운영사의 부주의로 인한 사망 또는 부상을 배제하거나 제한하지 않습니다. 일본 출전자의 경우, 운영사는 미필적 고의 또는 중과실로 발생한 결과를 배제하거나 제한하지 않습니다.

38.   대회의 포상과 관련하여 법 또는 기타 조건, 보증, 표현 또는 암시되는 것은 법이 허용하는 한 최대한 배제됩니다.

준거법, 분쟁 조정 및 관할:

39.   관할법이 허용하는 한도에서, 본 약관과 발생하는 모든 분쟁은 다음 표의 내용에 따릅니다.

일정 1 - 네이션스 컵 2025

     1.        네이션스 컵 2025

                    1.1.         출전자는 게임 내 "스포트" 모드를 통해 네이션스 컵에 참가해야 합니다. 출전자는 매 레이스에 앞서 참가를 원하는 네이션스 컵을 선택하고 확정해야 합니다.

네이션스 컵은 다음과 같이 5개 지역에서 온라인 및 라이브 레이스 이벤트로 구성됩니다:

                            1.1.1.        온라인 예선은 5개 지역에서 6개 라운드(합쳐서 "라운드")로 다음과 같이 동시에 진행됩니다:

                            1.1.2.        3번의 GT 월드 시리즈 라이브 이벤트 개최 예정:

                                        1.1.2.1.        6월 7일 영국 런던에서 라이브 이벤트를 1회 개최합니다.

                                        1.1.2.2.        9월 20일 독일 베를린에서 라이브 이벤트를 1회 개최합니다.

                                        1.1.2.3.        11월 8일 미국 로스앤젤레스에서 라이브 이벤트를 1회 개최합니다.

                            1.1.3.        월드 파이널 라이브 이벤트("월드 파이널")는 2025년 12월 20일과 21일 일본 후쿠오카에서 개최합니다.

                            1.1.4.        5개 지역은 다음과 같습니다:

중요한 알림: 코로나바이러스감염증의 영향으로 라이브 이벤트 장소가 변경 또는 취소될 가능성이 있습니다. 라이브 이벤트는 온라인 이벤트로 변경되어 치러질 가능성이 있습니다. GT 월드 시리즈 라이브 이벤트와 월드 파이널의 장소 및 대전에 관한 최신 정보는 www.gran-turismo.com에 게재됩니다.

                    1.2.         스타 플레이어

                            1.2.1.        다음을 만족하는 출전자는 스타 플레이어로 등록할 수 있습니다.

                                        1.2.1.1.        '2024 그란 투리스모 월드 시리즈 - 네이션스 컵' 라이브 이벤트 1~3라운드(2024년 7월 6일, 2024년 8월 10일, 2024년 9월 28일에 열림) 및 월드 파이널(2024년 12월 8일에 열림) 출전자 12명

                                        1.2.1.2.        '2025 그란 투리스모 월드 시리즈 - 네이션스 컵'(1.1.2 및 1.1.3에서 설정한 날짜에 열릴 예정) 출전자 12명

                            1.2.2.        출전자가 일정 1의 1.2에서 정한 조건 중 하나를 만족했을 경우, 게임(그란 투리스모™ 7) 내에서 해당 알림이 표시됩니다. 알림을 받은 후 출전자는 www.gran-turismo.com을 방문하여 스타 플레이어로 등록할 수 있습니다. 스타 플레이어 등록은 출전자의 책임입니다.

                            1.2.3.        스타 플레이어로 등록한 출전자(이하 "스타 플레이어")는 드라이버 레이팅 "S"를 보유하고 있어야 합니다.

                            1.2.4.        스타 플레이어의 실명은 GT 월드 시리즈 라이브 이벤트, 월드 파이널 라이브 이벤트 중계 도중 온라인 ID와 함께 표시됩니다.

                            1.2.5.        출전자가 스타 플레이어 드라이버 레이팅을 획득하면 이어지는 1개 시리즈에서만 드라이버 프로필에 레이팅이 적용됩니다.

     2.        네이션스 컵 - 온라인 예선("온라인 예선")

                    2.1.         온라인 예선의 레이스는 출전자의 드라이버 레이팅에 따라 다음과 같이 나뉩니다.

                            2.1.1.        출전자가 각 시리즈에서 처음 라운드에 참여할 때의 드라이버 레이팅이 출전자가 참여하는 리그를 결정합니다.

                            2.1.2.        출전자는 해당 시리즈 동안 같은 리그의 출전자와 대전하게 됩니다.

                            2.1.3.        출전자는 시리즈 중에 드라이버 레이팅에 변동이 있어도 다른 리그로 옮길 수 없습니다.                  

"드라이버 레이팅"은 출전자의 "빠르기"를 나타내는 지표입니다. 모두 일곱 개의 레이팅이 있습니다. 이들 레이팅은 E, D, C, B, A, A+, S입니다. E가 가장 낮은 레벨이고 S가 가장 높은 레벨입니다. 스포트 모드 레이스에서 좋은 성적을 남기면 드라이버 레이팅이 상승합니다. 일정한 수준의 성적을 기록하지 못하면 레이팅이 하락합니다. 그러나 게임 내에서 요구하는 스포츠맨십 레이팅의 조건에 도달하지 않으면 좋은 성적을 남겨도 드라이버 레이팅은 상승하지 않습니다. 모든 플레이어는 드라이버 레이팅 E에서 시작하여 결과에 따라 A+까지 격상합니다. 스타 플레이어로 등록하여 조건을 갖춘 플레이어만 S 레이팅을 부여받을 수 있습니다. (1.2 참조)

                    2.2.         출전자는 네이션스 컵 온라인 예선에 참가하여 포인트를 모아 종합 랭킹을 산출하게 됩니다.

                    2.3.         네이션스 컵 온라인 예선의 출전자는 다음과 같은 기준으로 포인트를 획득합니다.

                            2.3.1.        각 레이스의 최종 순위

                            2.3.2.        각 레이스에서 상대한 출전자들의 평균 드라이버 레이팅

                    2.4.         출전자의 종합 랭킹을 결정하기 위해 다음과 같이 온라인 예선의 마지막 라운드에서 포인트를 합산("최종 스코어")합니다.

온라인 예선: 최종 스코어는 참가한 총 6개 라운드 중 출전자가 가장 성적이 좋았던 5개 라운드를 집계한 스코어입니다.

출전자는 본인의 판단에 따라 원하는 시리즈, 원하는 라운드의 레이스에 참여할 수 있습니다.

                    2.5.         '네이션스 컵 라이브 이벤트 파이널리스트'는 다음과 같이 결정됩니다.

                            2.5.1.        2024년 12월 8일에 열린 '2024 네이션스 컵 월드 파이널'에서 상위 3등 안에 든 출전자는 1.1.2에서 정한 날짜에 열리는 3번의 모든 월드 시리즈 라이브 이벤트에 초대됨

                            2.5.2.        다음 온라인 예선 출전자 9명에게는 7일 이내에 선정 사실을 고지합니다.

                                        2.5.2.1.        EMEA 지역 GT1 리그 최상위 4명의 출전자

                                        2.5.2.2.        중남미 지역 GT1 리그 최상위 2명의 출전자

                                        2.5.2.3.        북미 지역 GT1 리그 최상위 1명의 출전자

                                        2.5.2.4.        아시아 지역 GT1 리그 최상위 1명의 출전자

                                        2.5.2.5.        오세아니아 지역 GT1 리그 최상위 1명의 출전자

위와 같이 선정된 12명의 출전자를 통틀어 "네이션스 컵 라이브 이벤트 파이널리스트"라고 하며, 다음이 주어집니다.

                            2.5.3.        1.1.2에서 정한 날짜에 열리는 3번의 모든 월드 시리즈 라이브 이벤트 초대 및 참가 자격

이벤트 초대를 수락한 경우, 네이션스 컵 라이브 이벤트 파이널리스트는 GT 월드 시리즈 라이브 이벤트 여행 패키지를 받습니다.

                            2.5.4.        3번의 모든 GT 월드 시리즈 라이브 이벤트 왕복 이코노미 클래스 항공권, 버스 또는 기차 승차권(운영사 단독 재량으로 제공)

                            2.5.5.        3번의 모든 GT 월드 시리즈 라이브 이벤트 동안의 숙박(운영사 단독 재량으로 선택한 숙소)

                            2.5.6.        도착 및 출발일의 공항/터미널/역(경우에 따라)과 숙소 사이의 왕복 교통

                            2.5.7.        3번의 GT 월드 파이널 라이브 이벤트 현장과 숙소 사이의 왕복 교통

                            2.5.8.        3번의 GT 월드 시리즈 라이브 이벤트 동안 필요한 모든 식사 제공

네이션스 컵 라이브 이벤트 참가자에게 제공되는 GT 월드 시리즈 라이브 이벤트 여행 패키지는 1인당 미화 약 3,000달러 상당입니다.모든 네이션스 컵 라이브 이벤트 파이널리스트에게 3번의 모든 여행에 대한 여행자 보험이 제공될 예정입니다. 네이션스 컵 라이브 이벤트 참가자는 비자 요건을 충족하는지 확인해야 합니다.

     3.        네이션스 컵 - GT 월드 시리즈 라이브 이벤트("라이브 이벤트")

                    3.1.         라이브 이벤트는 1.1.2 항에서 정한 날짜에 개최됩니다. 라이브 이벤트에 참가하려면 Polyphony Digital Inc.가 운영사를 대리하여 공유하는 추가적인 이용약관에 동의해야 합니다. 운영사 및 운영사를 대리하는 Polyphony Digital Inc.는 PSN 계정에 연결된 이메일 주소로 네이션스 컵 라이브 이벤트 파이널리스트에게 라이브 이벤트에 관한 정보를 라이브 이벤트 개최 14일 이전까지 제공합니다.

                    3.2.         라이브 이벤트는 선택된 각 국가/지역에서 12명이 참가하는 레이스입니다. 출전 국가/지역("출전국")은 최대 12개국이며 다음과 같이 구성됩니다.

                    3.3.         온라인 예선에서 2명 또는 그 이상의 출전자가 동점으로 같은 순위를 차지하는 경우, 다음 기준으로 진출자를 선정합니다.

                            3.3.1.        모든 라운드에서 가장 높은 포인트를 기록한 온라인 예선 출전자

                            3.3.2.        위의 기준으로도 동점일 경우, 1개 라운드에서 가장 높은 포인트를 기록한 온라인 예선 출전자

                    3.4.         네이션스 컵 라이브 이벤트 파이널리스트가 라이브 이벤트에 참가하지 못할 경우, 차상위 랭킹 포인트를 획득한 출전자가 라이브 이벤트에 초청받을 수 있으며 운영사 또는 운영사를 대리하는 Polyphony Digital Inc.가 이를 고지합니다.

                    3.5.         네이션스 컵 라이브 이벤트 파이널리스트는 각 레이스의 랭크를 기준으로 포인트를 획득합니다. 파이널리스트가 획득한 포인트는 스코어에 반영됩니다. 모든 레이스를 종료한 후 가장 높은 포인트를 획득한 네이션스 컵 라이브 이벤트 파이널리스트가 GT 월드 시리즈 라이브 이벤트의 우승자("GT 월드 시리즈 라이브 이벤트 우승자")가 됩니다. 2명의 차상위 톱 랭킹 참가자는 GT 월드 시리즈 라이브 이벤트의 입상자("GT 월드 시리즈 라이브 이벤트 입상자")가 됩니다.

                    3.6.         라이브 이벤트의 파이널리스트에게는 최종 포지션에 따라 다음과 같이 포인트가 주어지며, 월드 파이널 라이브 이벤트("월드 파이널")에 진출할 수 있습니다.

·       1위: 6 포인트

·       2위: 5 포인트

·       3위: 4 포인트

·       4위: 3 포인트

·       5위: 2 포인트

·       6위: 1 포인트

                    3.7.         라이브 이벤트의 우승자 및 입상자 포상은 다음과 같습니다.

●    1위: 트로피(미화 150달러 상당)

●    2위: 트로피(미화 150달러 상당)

●    3위: 트로피(미화 150달러 상당)

                    3.8.         3번의 모든 라이브 이벤트가 종료되면 7일 이내에 네이션스 컵 라이브 이벤트 파이널리스트에게 순위가 고지되며, 다음이 주어집니다.

                            3.8.1.        1.1.3에서 정한 날짜에 열리는 월드 파이널 라이브 이벤트에 초대

이벤트 초대를 수락한 경우, 이들 출전자("월드 파이널리스트")는 월드 파이널 여행 패키지를 받습니다.

                            3.8.2.        월드 파이널 라이브 이벤트 참가를 위한 왕복 이코노미 클래스 항공권, 버스 또는 기차 승차권(운영사 단독 재량으로 제공)

                            3.8.3.        월드 파이널 라이브 이벤트 기간의 숙박(운영사 단독 재량으로 숙소 선택)

                            3.8.4.        도착 및 출발일의 공항/터미널/역(경우에 따라)과 숙소 사이의 왕복 교통

                            3.8.5.        월드 파이널 라이브 이벤트 현장에서 숙소까지의 왕복 교통

                            3.8.6.        월드 파이널 기간의 모든 식사

각 월드 파이널리스트에게 제공되는 월드 파이널 여행 패키지는 미화 약 3,000달러 상당입니다.모든 월드 파이널리스트에게 이 여행에 대한 여행자 보험이 제공될 예정입니다. 각 월드 파이널리스트는 비자 요건을 충족하는지 확인해야 합니다.

     4.        네이션스 컵 - 월드 파이널

                    4.1.         월드 파이널은 1.1.3에서 정한 날짜와 장소에서 개최됩니다.  월드 파이널리스트에는 다음이 포함됩니다: GT 월드 시리즈 라이브 네이션스 컵 이벤트 최상위 12명의 출전자월드 파이널 참가를 위해서는 Polyphony Digital Inc.가 운영사를 대리하여 공유하는 추가적인 이용약관에 동의할 필요가 있습니다.운영사 및 운영사를 대리하는 Polyphony Digital Inc.는 PSN 계정에 연결된 이메일 주소로 월드 파이널리스트에게 월드 파이널 라이브 이벤트에 관한 정보를 월드 파이널 개최 14일 이전까지 제공합니다.

                    4.2.         월드 파이널리스트는 일련의 레이스에 참가하게 됩니다. 이들 레이스의 결과에 따라 포인트를 획득하며, 파이널 랭킹으로 우승자와 입상자 2명을 정합니다. 최상위 팀은 월드 파이널 우승자("월드 파이널 우승자")가 됩니다. 차상위 2팀은 월드 파이널 입상자("월드 파이널 입상자")가 됩니다.

                    4.3.         월드 파이널 우승자 및 월드 파이널 입상자에게는 다음과 같은 포상이 주어집니다.

●    1위: 트로피 (미화 250달러 상당)

●    2위: 트로피(미화 150달러 상당)

●    3위: 트로피(미화 150달러 상당)

                    4.4.         크로아티아 출전자에게만 적용되는 포상: 월드 파이널 종료 시 크로아티아의 최고 랭킹 출전자("크로아티아 우승자") GT 월드 시리즈 티셔츠(합산 금전 가치 미화 50달러 이하)를 포상으로 받습니다. 크로아티아 우승자는 종료일 이후 1일 이내 이메일로 통지되며, 포상 수락 여부를 7일 이내에 알려야 합니다. 크로아티아 우승자의 PSN 계정에 연결된 이메일 주소를 사용하여 통지합니다. 크로아티아 우승자가 연락을 취하지 않을 경우, 그 포상은 취소되고 차상위 크로아티아 출전자에게 기회가 주어집니다.

     5.        네이션스 컵 라이브 이벤트 및 월드 파이널 라이브 이벤트 중계방송

                    5.1.         본 대회에 참가 등록하는 것은, 본 약관 23항("홍보")에서 규정한 것과 동일한 내용으로 출전자가 운영사 및 운영사를 대리하는 Polyphony Digital Inc.가 라이브 이벤트, 월드 파이널 중계방송 및 대회에 관련된 SNS 또는 블로그 포스팅과 향후 그란 투리스모™ 컵과 월드와이드 챔피언십에서 출전자의 초상/화상 및 게임 플레이를 사용하는 것을 허용함을 뜻합니다. 동의를 철회하려면 다음 주소를 통해 운영사에 문의하십시오: contact-competitions@polyphony.co.jp.

                    5.2.         본 대회에 참가 등록함으로써 출전자는 라이브 이벤트가 중계되기 전까지 레이스의 결과, 영상/이미지, 레이스의 스트리밍 등을 포함하나 이에 국한하지 않는 대회에 관한 세부 사항을 공개적으로 발설하거나 논의하지 않을 것임을 확인합니다.

                    5.3.         라이브 이벤트와 월드 파이널에 참가하는 출전자는 동의서에 서명을 요구받을 수 있습니다. 라이브 이벤트는 영상으로 기록될 수 있습니다.

일정 2 - 매뉴팩처러 컵 2025

     1.        매뉴팩처러 컵

                1.1.        출전자는 게임 내 "스포트" 모드에서 매뉴팩처러 컵을 선택하여 매뉴팩처러 컵에 입장하고, 매 레이스 시작 전에 참가를 원하는 매뉴팩처러와 참가 의사를 확인해야 합니다.

매뉴팩처러 컵은 3개 지역에 걸쳐 다음과 같은 온라인 및 라이브 레이스 이벤트로 구성됩니다.

                            1.1.1.        온라인 예선은 3개 지역에서 6개 라운드로 다음과 같이 동시에 진행됩니다.

                            1.1.2.        3번의 라이브 이벤트 개최 예정:

                                        1.1.2.1.        6월 7일 영국 런던에서 라이브 이벤트를 1회 개최합니다.

                                        1.1.2.2.        9월 20일 독일 베를린에서 라이브 이벤트를 1회 개최합니다.

                                        1.1.2.3.        11월 8일 미국 로스앤젤레스에서 라이브 이벤트를 1회 개최합니다.

                            1.1.3.        월드 파이널은 2025년 12월 20일과 21일 일본 후쿠오카에서 개최합니다.

                            1.1.4.        3개 지역은 다음과 같습니다.

중요한 알림: 코로나바이러스감염증의 영향으로 라이브 이벤트 장소가 변경 또는 취소될 가능성이 있습니다. 라이브 이벤트는 온라인 이벤트로 변경되어 치러질 가능성이 있습니다. 라이브 이벤트와 월드 파이널의 장소 및 대전에 관한 최신 정보는 www.gran-turismo.com에 게재됩니다.

                1.2.        출전자는 다음 27개의 매뉴팩처러(각기 "매뉴팩처러") 중 하나를 대표하여 레이스를 치릅니다. Alfa Romeo, Aston Martin, Audi, BMW, Chevrolet, Citroën, Dodge, Ferrari, Ford, Genesis, Honda, Hyundai, Jaguar, Lamborghini, Lexus, Mazda, McLaren, Mercedes-Benz, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Peugeot, Porsche, Renault Sport, Subaru, Suzuki, Toyota, Volkswagen.

                1.3.        스타 플레이어

                            1.3.1.        다음을 만족하는 출전자는 스타 플레이어로 등록할 수 있습니다.

                                        1.3.1.1.        "2024 그란 투리스모 월드 시리즈 - 매뉴팩처러 컵" 라이브 이벤트 1~3라운드(2024년 7월 6일, 2024년 8월 10일, 2024년 9월 28일에 열림) 및 월드 파이널(2024년 12월 7일에 열림) 출전자 36명

                                        1.3.1.2.        "2025 그란 투리스모 월드 시리즈 - 매뉴팩처러 컵"(1.1.2 및 1.1.3에서 설정한 날짜에 열릴 예정) 출전자 36명

                            1.3.2.        출전자가 일정 2의 1.3.1에서 정한 조건 중 하나를 만족했을 경우, 그란 투리스모™ 7 내에서 해당 알림이 표시됩니다. 알림을 받은 후 출전자는 www.gran-turismo.com을 방문하여 스타 플레이어로 등록할 수 있습니다. 스타 플레이어 등록은 출전자의 책임입니다.

                            1.3.3.        스타 플레이어로 등록한 출전자(이하 "스타 플레이어")는 드라이버 레이팅 "S"를 보유하고 있어야 합니다.

                            1.3.4.        스타 플레이어의 실명은 라이브 이벤트, 월드 파이널 중계 도중 온라인 ID와 함께 표시됩니다.

                            1.3.5.        출전자가 스타 플레이어 드라이버 레이팅을 획득하면 이어지는 1개 시리즈에서만 드라이버 프로필에 레이팅이 적용됩니다.

     2.        온라인 예선

                2.1.        온라인 예선의 레이스는 출전자의 드라이버 레이팅에 따라 다음과 같이 나뉩니다.

                            2.1.1.        출전자가 각 시리즈에서 처음 라운드에 참여할 때의 드라이버 레이팅이 출전자가 참여하는 리그를 결정합니다.

                            2.1.2.        출전자는 해당 시리즈 동안 같은 리그의 출전자와 대전하게 됩니다.

                            2.1.3.        출전자는 시리즈 중에 드라이버 레이팅에 변동이 있어도 다른 리그로 옮길 수 없습니다. 

"드라이버 레이팅"은 출전자의 "빠르기"를 나타내는 지표입니다. 모두 일곱 개의 레이팅이 있습니다. 이들 레이팅은 E, D, C, B, A, A+, S입니다. E가 가장 낮은 레벨이고 S가 가장 높은 레벨입니다. 스포트 모드 레이스에서 좋은 성적을 남기면 드라이버 레이팅이 상승합니다. 일정한 수준의 성적을 기록하지 못하면 레이팅이 하락합니다. 그러나 게임 내에서 요구하는 스포츠맨십 레이팅의 조건에 도달하지 않으면 좋은 성적을 남겨도 드라이버 레이팅은 상승하지 않습니다. 모든 플레이어는 드라이버 레이팅 E에서 시작하여 결과에 따라 A+까지 격상합니다. 스타 플레이어로 등록하여 조건을 갖춘 플레이어만 S 레이팅을 부여받을 수 있습니다. (1.3 참조)

                2.2.        출전자는 종합 랭킹을 산출하는 데 사용되는 포인트를 얻기 위해 온라인 예선에 참가해야 합니다.

                2.3.        온라인 예선의 출전자는 다음과 같은 기준으로 포인트를 획득합니다.

                            2.3.1.        각 레이스의 최종 순위

                            2.3.2.        각 레이스에서 상대한 출전자들의 평균 드라이버 레이팅

                2.4.        출전자의 종합 랭킹을 결정하기 위해 다음과 같이 온라인 예선의 마지막 라운드에서 포인트를 합산("최종 스코어")합니다.

온라인 예선: 최종 스코어는 참가한 총 6개 라운드 중 출전자가 가장 성적이 좋았던 5개 라운드를 집계한 스코어입니다.

출전자는 본인의 판단에 따라 원하는 시리즈, 원하는 라운드의 레이스에 참여할 수 있습니다.

                2.5.        온라인 예선이 종료되면 GT1 리그 최상위 12개 매뉴팩처러의 최상위 출전자 3인(각 지역별로 출전자 1인)("매뉴팩처러 컵 라이브 이벤트 파이널리스트")에게는 다음이 주어집니다.

                            2.5.1.        1.1.2에서 정한 날짜에 열리는 3번의 라이브 이벤트 중 하나에 참여할 수 있는 초대장

                                        2.5.1.1.        아시아-오세아니아 지역의 최상위 참가자는 1.1.2.1 항에서 명시한 대로 런던에서 열리는 첫 라이브 이벤트에 초대됨

                                        2.5.1.2.        EMEA 지역의 최상위 참가자는 1.1.2.2 항에서 명시한 대로 베를린에서 열리는 두 번째 라이브 이벤트에 초대됨

                                        2.5.1.3.        아메리카 지역의 최상위 참가자는 1.1.2.3 항에서 명시한 대로 로스엔젤레스에서 열리는 세 번째 라이브 이벤트에 초대됨

이벤트 초대를 수락한 경우, 매뉴팩처러 컵 라이브 이벤트 파이널리스트는 여행 패키지를 받습니다.

                3.2.        매뉴팩처러 컵 라이브 이벤트 파이널리스트는 다음 기준으로 선정됩니다.

                            3.2.1.        온라인 예선의 최상위 매뉴팩처러 12개(3.3 항에 따라 선정)

3.2.2.  3개 지역(아메리카, EMEA, 아시아-오세아니아) GT1 리그 온라인 예선 최상위 출전자

                3.3.        총 12개의 매뉴팩처러가 라이브 이벤트에서 경쟁을 펼치게 됩니다. 매뉴팩처러에는 다음이 포함됩니다.

                            3.3.1.        Mazda 및 Toyota - 대회 공식 매뉴팩처러 파트너

                            3.3.2.        기타 매뉴팩처러는 아래 3.4 항에서 정의하는 글로벌 매뉴팩처러 랭킹에 따라 선택됩니다.

이들 매뉴팩처러를 합쳐 "상위 12 매뉴팩처러"라고 합니다.

                3.4.        온라인 예선 종료 후 다음 과정에 따라 글로벌 매뉴팩처러 랭킹이 생성됩니다.

                            3.4.1.        온라인 예선의 각 라운드 종료 후 가장 높은 스코어를 획득한 출전자가 대표하는 매뉴팩처러는 다음 테이블에서 정하는 대로 매뉴팩처러 랭킹 포인트를 획득하여, 개최 지역마다 매뉴팩처러 랭킹을 생성합니다.

온라인 예선 종료 후, 모든 3 지역의 매뉴팩처러 랭킹 포인트를 합산하여 글로벌 매뉴팩처러 랭킹을 정합니다. 글로벌 매뉴팩처러 랭킹은https://www.gran-turismo.com/gb/gt7/sportmode/ 및 게임 내 "스포트" 모드에 발표됩니다.

온라인 예선에서 2개 또는 그 이상의 매뉴팩처러의 드라이버가 라운드 종료 시점에서 동점으로 같은 순위를 차지했을 경우, 매뉴팩처러 랭킹 포인트는 각 매뉴팩처러에게 균등하게 분배됩니다.

글로벌 매뉴팩처러 랭킹에서 2개 또는 그 이상의 매뉴팩처러가 동점으로 같은 순위를 차지했을 경우, 다음 기준으로 진출할 매뉴팩처러를 선정합니다:

●    모든 3개 지역과 모든 라운드에서 가장 높은 매뉴팩처러 랭킹 포인트를 획득한 매뉴팩처러

●    위의 기준으로도 동점일 경우, 모든 3개 지역 매뉴팩처러 톱 드라이버의 개인 랭킹 포인트가 가장 높은 매뉴팩처러

●    위의 기준으로도 동점일 경우, 모든 3개 지역 매뉴팩처러 톱 드라이버의 모든 라운드에서 개인 랭킹 포인트가 가장 높은 매뉴팩처러

                3.5.        매뉴팩처러 컵 라이브 이벤트 파이널리스트가 예기치 못한 상황으로 해당 지역의 라이브 이벤트에 참가하지 못할 경우, 동일한 매뉴팩처러 팀의 다른 지역 출전자가 그 자리를 대체할 수 없으며, 운영사 또는 Polyphony Digital Inc.의 재량으로 해당 지역의 차상위 시리즈 포인트를 획득한 동일 매뉴팩처러 대표 출전자가 라이브 이벤트에 초청받을 수 있으며 운영사 또는 운영사를 대리하는 Polyphony Digital Inc.가 이를 고지합니다.

                3.6.        각 레이스의 결과에 따라 포인트를 획득하며, 톱 12 매뉴팩처러 파이널리스트의 랭킹으로 우승자와 입상자 2팀을 정합니다. 최상위 파이널리스트는 매뉴팩처러 컵 라이브 이벤트 우승자("매뉴팩처러 컵 우승자")가 됩니다. 2명의 차상위 파이널리스트는 매뉴팩처러 컵 라이브 이벤트 입상자("매뉴팩처러 컵 입상자")가 됩니다.

                3.7.        라이브 이벤트의 파이널리스트에게는 최종 포지션에 따라 다음과 같이 포인트가 주어지며, 월드 파이널에 진출할 수 있습니다.

                4.4.        월드 파이널 우승자 및 월드 파이널 입상자에게는 다음과 같은 포상이 주어집니다.

                4.5.        크로아티아 출전자에게만 적용되는 포상: 월드 파이널 종료 시 크로아티아의 최고 랭킹 출전자("크로아티아 우승자") GT 월드 시리즈 티셔츠(합산 금전 가치 미화 50달러 이하)를 포상으로 받습니다. 크로아티아 우승자는 종료일 이후 1일 이내 이메일로 통지되며, 포상 수락 여부를 7일 이내에 알려야 합니다. 크로아티아 우승자의 PSN 계정에 연결된 이메일 주소를 사용하여 통지합니다. 크로아티아 우승자가 연락을 취하지 않을 경우, 그 포상은 취소되고 차상위 크로아티아 출전자에게 기회가 주어집니다.

     5.        매뉴팩처러 컵 라이브 이벤트 및 월드 파이널 중계방송

                5.1.        본 대회에 참가 등록하는 것은, 본 약관 23항("홍보")에서 규정한 것과 동일한 내용으로 출전자가 운영사 및 운영사를 대리하는 Polyphony Digital Inc.가 매뉴팩처러 컵 라이브 이벤트, 월드 파이널 중계방송 및 대회에 관련된 SNS 또는 블로그 포스팅과 향후 그란 투리스모™ 컵과 월드와이드 챔피언십에서 출전자의 초상/화상 및 게임 플레이를 사용하는 것을 허용함을 뜻합니다. 동의를 철회하려면 다음 주소를 통해 운영사에 문의하십시오: contact-competitions@polyphony.co.jp.

                5.2.        본 대회에 참가 등록함으로써 출전자는 라이브 이벤트가 중계되기 전까지 레이스의 결과, 영상/이미지, 레이스의 스트리밍 등을 포함하나 이에 국한하지 않는 대회에 관한 세부 사항을 공개적으로 발설하거나 논의하지 않을 것임을 확인합니다.

                5.3.        라이브 이벤트 및 월드 파이널 라이브 이벤트 출전자는 촬영 동의서에 서명할 것을 요구받을 수 있습니다.
