How to fix WS-116329-2

Your sign-in ID or password doesn't match.

If you see this error, the sign-in ID or password you've entered may be incorrect.

Check your sign-in ID and password by going to Settings > Users and Accounts > Account, then try again.

  • The character input for passwords is case sensitive.
  • You can also try signing in from a different device, such as a PC.
