How to fix CE-32951-0

Network connection problem occurred.

If you cannot connect to PlayStation®, try these steps:
  1. Check that PlayStation services are available.
  2. If PlayStation is available, test your internet connection. Go to Settings > Network > Test Internet Connection to confirm you can connect to the Internet.
  3. Make sure your router has the most up to date firmware or software. Go to the router manufacturer’s website or contact your internet service provider for help with this.
