How to fix CE-110538-8

1. Ensure there are no fingerprints, smudges, or scratches on the disc.
2. Make sure the disc has been inserted correctly.
3. There may be a problem with your PlayStation®5 console's disc read function. Try another disc to see if your console can read other discs.
