How to fix CE-107520-5

Please install the latest system software.

  1. Please connect PlayStation®5 console to the Internet and update it to the latest version of the system software.
    If an error occurs during the update, restart your network equipment and PS5® console, then try to update again.
  2. If possible, try another update method other than via the Internet.
    You can also download PS5 console system software to a USB drive via a computer that can connect to the Internet.
    If you cannot connect your system to the internet, you can also update it by a game disc.
  3. When you start a disc that contains a more recent version of the system software, a screen will be displayed to guide you through the update process. Follow the on-screen instructions to perform the update.
