How to fix NP-103148-7

There was an issue when connecting your PlayStation®5 console to the internet.

  1. Highlight the application and press the Options button.
  2. Select Close Application to completely exit the application and then restart it.
    If possible, save your game before exiting.
  3. Restart your PS5® console.
  4. Turn off your router or modem, wait at least 5 minutes, and then turn it back on.
